Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in the world. Your order is never what you asked for. Food is often been sitting around and poor quality. for some reason the food costs more than any other. You’ll wait at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone comes to the counter for your order.

Short of staffSaw a male employee cleaning tables by wiping them clean with his bare handSame male employee was sweeping floor and noticed customer waiting to order so stopped to take the order...and proceeded to start handling food to fill carryout orders and never washed his hands or put on gloves.Breakfast sandwich and hash browns were so greasy that it soaked through the wrappers and the bag.

Every time I go to McDonald's in Westfield New York only because it's the closest, they always get my order wrong. Or or by food is cold. If I'm spending almost $10 for a sandwich, I expect it to be hot and prepared correctly.

Steak egg and cheese bagel is on point. Get the round egg, it's 19Xbetter.
The fries are rarely ever fresh because they dump new fries on top of old ones. The inside is dirty most of the time and most of the staff always seem to be bothered by your order. Some staff especially in the am DO NOT use gloves and eat from the containers and off the line; this is highly unsanitary and these staff should be let go!
