Since CC was already charged, several emails, texts, telephone communications were needed to get charge reversed. Not worth the bother imo. Can't comment on food quality since no order was delivered.

Excellent . Luis was trained by Brunetti and has done well in keeping up the tradition of authentic Neapolitan pizza. We have traveled to Naples numerous times and know pizza. His is as good as it gets on this side of the Atlantic. We order takeout and it is ready in 15 minutes.

This business is lacking customer service skills. I called in an order and my friend was picking it up. When she arrived, they gave her a completely different order *saying it was the one under my name* and charged her $70+ for 3 disappointingly small pizzas. When we called Bambinos to see what could be done they offered a full refund over the phone, which was accommodating and appreciated, but they only refunded $29 -- which was the quote for our original order. This has been a very frustrating experience. My friend is contacting them again hoping to speak to a manager/owner, and will go to her credit card company next if necessary.

The pizza was so good. The Soppressata was really good I recommend it. It was good. I liked the spicy honey on the pizza. I recommend eating in there for lunch.
