I just want say how awesome your stuffed Oreo Chocolate cookie was. I found out about this cookie in a café at Zuckerberg Cancer Institute in Lake success ny. My husband has been going through treatments there we get really hungry we sit there for 4-5 hrs every other week and I have to say that was the best cookie I had in a long time. I bought one of their cookies at a restaurant…a chocolate chip cookie filled with chocolate cake. OMG!…chocolate chip cookies are my favorite, but this was the BEST chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever eaten. Soft. Just the right amount of sweetness. Blissfully delicious.
