I absolutely love the baby moon. I’ve been going there since I’m a child and now I am a full bloomed 56-year-old woman still loving it best Italian food and their fish is to die for absolutely prepared perfectly it’s not oily. The service is impeccable the the staff is very caring and acknowledge about their menu and what it consist of food arrived in a very timely manner very relaxed atmosphere. I love the fireplace and PS they make the best Shirley Temples too!!!!!!

I saw the review from Rachel Nussbaum Barnwell, and I couldn’t disagree more. I was there sitting at the bar, the same night. Ms. Barnwell was sitting at the bar, and had a 3 year old child with her. Carlo, the owner, asked her nicely, to move away from the bar—explaining that children sitting at the bar, is illegal. Ms. Barnwell’s response was nasty, inappropriate, and disrespectful.I’ve been going to Baby Moon for several years, and I have nothing but positive feelings about both the food and the service. The staff are friendly, and they work extremely hard to make sure everyone is served and attended to. The food is outstanding—consistently good.Please disregard Ms. Barnwell’s negative rant. Carlo was acting in the best interest of her child—only bad things can happen in that setting. Carlo doesn’t deserve this, and Baby Moon is a Westhampton staple. We are fortunate to have such a great Italian restaurant here.

Has this place gone down hill and off a cliff?! So tragic to lose what was once a bright spot in Westhampton. The relatively recent manager Carlo really knows how to nose dive a place into the ground. I feel bad for what once was. Il Giardino where John (who once ran Baby Moon) owns and runs is light years ahead of this tired, old joint, in food quality and atmosphere. If it wasn’t for the memories I would’ve stopped going back years ago, but after my last meal I don’t think I can put up with the inadequacy anymore. The one bright spot is Sarah the waitress. She is phenomenal.Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly.

On a Saturday night around 7pm, we rolled up with three adults, one toddler, and twin babies and were welcomed with open arms and free bruschetta and garlic knots. Carlos was so incredibly helpful and genuine, the entire staff was top notch and the food was delightful. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful dinner. Our waitress new when to approach the table and when to let us eat in peace. The owner Carlos made his way around the restaurant and made sure all was in order. We will return.

Asked for no onions because of an allergy. After eating half the meal noticed there were onions in the red sauce. Spoke to the waiter about it and instead of taking accountability she deflected towards the chefs and then blatantly spoke about our table in front of us complained to her manager about how she is “not going to get a tip.” They did nothing to remedy the situation until we asked to speak to a manager. What a shame.
