Colleen is out of sight. . . Her food is out of sight - fresh/soooo delicious. . . Generous portions - very reasonable pricing. . . Colleen is a hidden gem.

I recently hosted a party for 60 people, adults, teens and children, at my home. Colleen prepared an elegant feast. Appetizers were fresh and plentiful especially the seafood. They were presented beautifully as they were passed The servers were efficient and really very pleasant. The bar was carefully tended. Mains were varied to suit everyone & very delicious. I received so many compliments from the guests. Definitely a must do.

We recently had a baby shower for my daughter, and it was a brunch and it turned out fabulous. Everybody raved about the food. The presentation the service. Everything was spot on most of all very very delicious. If you use Cuisine by Colleen, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

We recently hired Chef Colleen for a private dinner for a dozen people. The menu she prepared for the occasion was absolutely perfect, with copious appetizers, a beautiful layout, and delicious food! Shrimp, steak, salmon, and twice-baked potatoes were some of the many highlights. The flourless chocolate cake was the best I’ve ever had and the perfect way to cap off the evening. I highly recommend Chef Colleen for your next dinner party!

Truly the best catering experience I have ever had. Period.Had the true privilege of being at an event that Colleen catered. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Fresh, Delicious, Comforting, you could feel the love, care and attention in every bite.This was my fourth event that week and Colleen was playing a whole different game than all the other caterers. Every dish had a purpose, and there was a wide variety to abide every palate and preference.At the end of the event I got to talk to the Chef Herself, and you could not ask for a more generous host, truly. The love of food and of people is infectious and palpable and was felt throughout every bite that night!So whatever your event may be, or if you happen to be in the area to pop in, a more solid recommendation I couldn't even imagine giving.
