Cuisine by Colleen

I was lucky enough to for Colleen to be available for a dinner party in my house. We had just a superb experience. Every item she prepared was Better than the next, I mean Absolutely delicious! She gave me great ideas for the menu, we also had an in-house bartender, The food was professionally plated, just an exceptional experience.

We were looking for a personal chef for our parent’s 50th anniversary. This would be the first time we would hire a personal
Chef and we were very nervous about it because of such a special occasion and we wanted this to be the perfect day
Colleen came highly recommended by a close friend so we decided to meet with Colleen to go over the details of the dinner. Colleen is so amazing!! We knew right away that we made the right decision. The dinner was exceptional, the professionalism was exceptional. I would have given 10 stars if I could.

We had a wonderful experience with Colleen. I called her spur of the moment 2 days before Valentine’s Day to see if she was available to come to our home and pamper my wife with her exquisite culinary skills and she made it happen. The food was amazingly delicious and her hospitality was second to none. She has an amazing personality. She catered to the exact menu that we were looking for. I would highly suggest having her do any kind of event that you need her for. She is truly amazing!

Just had the most delicious chili. Husband had her chowder. Out of this world. We’ll be back. Thank you

Colleen is out of sight. . . Her food is out of sight - fresh/soooo delicious. . . Generous portions - very reasonable pricing. . . Colleen is a hidden gem.

I recently hosted a party for 60 people, adults, teens and children, at my home. Colleen prepared an elegant feast. Appetizers were fresh and plentiful especially the seafood. They were presented beautifully as they were passed The servers were efficient and really very pleasant. The bar was carefully tended. Mains were varied to suit everyone & very delicious. I received so many compliments from the guests. Definitely a must do.

We recently had a baby shower for my daughter, and it was a brunch and it turned out fabulous. Everybody raved about the food. The presentation the service. Everything was spot on most of all very very delicious. If you use Cuisine by Colleen, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

We recently hired Chef Colleen for a private dinner for a dozen people. The menu she prepared for the occasion was absolutely perfect, with copious appetizers, a beautiful layout, and delicious food! Shrimp, steak, salmon, and twice-baked potatoes were some of the many highlights. The flourless chocolate cake was the best I’ve ever had and the perfect way to cap off the evening. I highly recommend Chef Colleen for your next dinner party!
