The manager very nasty with attitude after they got my order wrong she wouldn't give me money back

My son tried to get sandwich and the man at the counter caught an attitude for no reason and started threatening him, saying “Let’s go outside and fight.” I genuinely cannot believe someone like that is employed. Take your money elsewhere and for everyone’s safety, please, fire this lunatic.

The place is poorly managed and the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful (Bad management and rude manager. No respect for customer ) Customer service is terrible, and issues are not handled properly. I would not recommend this place—better to stay away and save your time and money.

The person who was serving me was very rude; it was a man. He said he was about to close, but the place was still open, so that wasn't an excuse to treat me that way. He was using foul language. If he doesn't like his job, there are many people who need one. I was just going in for coffee; I didn't think this would happen.

Women took my order and forgot to finish making it i stood in the store then she gave it to me luke warm and added cinnamon without asking if she could worst dunkin I ever been too. the woman working this morning on 11/28 @ 10am becareful ordering from her!

Ordered a large hot drink with no whipped cream or foam, and I got home and my drink was only half full. If i wanted a small, I would've ordered a small.

Worst breakfast prep ever!
They don’t care about your food. Next order!
I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I got 5 uncooked pieces of bacon and it was given to me all mangled in a torn bag. They just don’t care. I will never return.

Your morning staff needs help. the woman at the register:
- came in late
- condescending attitude towards customers
- saying “I don’t care, leave” as fed up customers walked out

On the other hand the gentleman was really nice and did his best.

My mom placed her order here and it was made wrong. So my mom politely went back inside to get it remade and the woman working that day gave my mom an attitude saying she was knows how to make a proper coffee. While at the she time telling her to leave the store and keep her comments to herself. Truly disgusting to see workers give a customer attitude over a simple mistake in an order. Even more disgusting to see that people with an attitude like that work for Dunkin.
