Worst breakfast prep ever! They don’t care about your food. Next order! I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I got 5 uncooked pieces of bacon and it was given to me all mangled in a torn bag. They just don’t care. I will never return.

My mom placed her order here and it was made wrong. So my mom politely went back inside to get it remade and the woman working that day gave my mom an attitude saying she was knows how to make a proper coffee. While at the she time telling her to leave the store and keep her comments to herself. Truly disgusting to see workers give a customer attitude over a simple mistake in an order. Even more disgusting to see that people with an attitude like that work for Dunkin.

Bought two donuts and both were stale and couldn’t even eat them
The woman working the register today very condescending. All I ordered was a black iced coffee. She refused to do hot food because it was “too busy” meanwhile there was only one other customer on line. She was talking down to the other customers as well. First time I’ve ever had an issue with customer service at this location

Rude and impatient. Don’t sell food other than donuts. When they do sell donuts, they shake the donuts in front of your face until you grab the bag. Very confused on the hostility towards the customers.
