Ive been coming here for a few weeks now. The Iced coffee isn’t made well. However the store is very clean and the bathroom is always as well. Will continue to come here as it is my only option, hoping the Iced coffee improve.

I was dying for a coffee.Stopped in purchased a small hot coffee, Boston creme doughnut. The coffee was fine the doughnut tasted stale.

I don't know why the walk in service is added if every time I place an order it happens that it is not ready, or it is poorly prepared..

Manager is very nice she always helps me. I have to agree though about the one particular employee that a lot of people mention. Very lazy never listens when I ask for my coffee and frequently gets it wrong. Pays no attention when I come back in. Tells me that they stop making food at 3:00 when I come in to order something I've never had that told to me. I placed it online order it was accepted anyway and he told me that he doesn't make any more food and that I had to get a donut and no refund. Got the donut anyway but threw it away because it was stale and I didn't want it so I don't go in with I see his car there

The woman that works Saturday is very helpful and friendly. The man told me there was no bacon and when I asked the woman for ketchup she said they were out, so I mentioned to the woman how they are out of of both bacon and ketchup and she said we have bacon. I told her the man said you were out of bacon. So she told the man that they have bacon and why did you tell them that, meaning me and my daughter. Then the drinks were never made so I told the woman again and she came out with our drinks and bacon on the house. Disappointed at the man.

Every time I go to this location this specific employee, whatever I order he never has it. With other employees they always have it but he never wants to work. Today, I ordered A Frozen Coffee and a pumpkin spice latte and he said they didn’t have the frozen coffee and the latte machine was being cleaned. Smh always this employee only.
Terrible customer service. The guy is lazy. I ordered a toasted English muffin with bacon & egg, a toasted crossiant with bacon egg & cheese, & hash brown (soggy). The both sandwiches were cold bc they were not toasted, the bacon on them was raw & the cheese looked like it slapped right from the fridge onto the sandwich (not even a little bit melted). Lazy! I went back and had the guy redo it & it still came back f-ed up. Never again!

The food is great and all but there's this guy who wears a black shirt and I always ask "do you serve food?" And he says that "we're not serving food right now" and I'm assuming that he's lazy. And also one time we asked for a bacon egg & cheese sandwich and he said no but then another costumer came and ordered a sandwich I think and he said ok then we asked again and he we're not serving food right now.
