Great little spot, small but quaint with a delightful atmosphere. The dishes don’t dissapoint and the drinks pack a little punch. Love coming here in Fall/Winter. Cute decor and nice staff.

Food was great. We had the Prime Steak and it was spot-on. Waitress was so nice and knowledgeable. Very personable and caring. This restaurant is the epitome of what to expect at a 5+ Star Restaurant. Cant wait to be back in the Hamptons so we can go and eat here again. Thank you for this awesome experience.

We were a party of four at Fauna during Restaurant Week earlier this month. We were fortunate to have Angela as our server. She was friendly & knowledgeable. It was a first time visit for us. I had the Lobster Arancini & Almond Crusted Flounder. Both were outstanding. The flounder was crispy on the outside, while the flesh was moist & flaky. I took half of it home, as the serving was so generous. Other apps & entrees enjoyed that evening were the Mussels Vadouvan, Kuri Bisque, Dragon Burger and Duck Breast. The meats were cooked to perfection. While the pecan pie was definitely the hit of the dessert choices. Angela was attentive without hovering and added to our very positive dining experience.

Great food and great service. Had such a great experience with AJ. It was our first time here and helped us with recommendations. He absolutely made our experience wonderful. The food was perfect. I will definitely be back. If you go ask for AJ for a wonderful experience!

We truly enjoyed our night at Fauna. The carpaccio was fantastic along with the duck and almond crusted flounder. Our server, Angela, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The host and bus staff were top notch. We will certainly be back.

We have gone to Fauna several times. The last time we had Angela who was very friendly and super knowledgeable. At that time in conversation, Angela mentioned that we had just missed Restaurant Week and that some of the dishes were superb suggesting we should definitely come back next year. Fast forward a year, we arrive for restaurant week 2024 and we’re delighted to have Angela as our server again! She was really helpful in guiding us towards dishes we would like. We really enjoyed the duck, the mussels (that broth was DELICIOUS!), and the pecan pie. We also had some really great drinks including an espresso martini and the “apple of your rye”

Everything about the bedell wine dinner was outstanding. The food was perfectly prepared, inventive and delicious. My favorite course was the scallops. The accompanying wines were wonderfully paired and excellent. The service was spot on and the company at our communal table very enjoyable. I would love to do it all over again!

Atmosphere is nice, staff was nice but it was a bit chaotic, their style of service. The food was the greatest disappointment as we love Flora. It was all cooked VERY well it just lacked flavor for our taste but we are not “bland” people by any means of the word. The oysters weren’t good which was a big bummer for us, the mignonette was good and helped make the oysters palatable, but the sauce that the mussels came in, was my least favorite. The oysters were shucked beautifully, and the mussels were cooked perfectly, The duck was also cooked perfectly, fat rendered beautifully, no crispy skin, but that’s almost impossible to do so I won’t take points off for that but there just wasn’t enough flavor for us, personally. Best part was the cocktails and the popovers were good, would have enjoyed more flavor as that’s the theme of this post. The cocktails were so flavorful I just don’t understand what happened with the food . If we go back, it would just be for cocktails and desserts since we didn’t get to try the pecan pie which looks fabulous. I really wanted to love this place ? hopefully I will be editing this in the near future to give a better review. *updated my husband reminded me of the risotto, which was excellent so I’ve bumped it up to 4 stars.
