Walked in. No one at the counter so I waited. Then they eventually did notice me. Made eye contact but continued their conversation. Another one looked at me. Continued the conversation. After 4 min I left. Horrible service. I can't speak to their food but if it's anything like the service, run.

? asked about the 3 dollar taco special on the website for that evening and was told no they are 4.50, I pointed to my phone with the funcho website special open and mentioned it again...and she pointed to the menu and again said 4.50......

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Funchos in Westhampton Beach. Despite explicitly stating my dairy allergy and confirming four times with the staff that no cheese or cream would be in my tacos, I discovered small amounts of cheese hidden under the meat in one of them when I got home. When I called to address the issue, the manager denied the presence of cheese, and only after persistent questioning did the chef admit to adding a small amount. This level of carelessness regarding food allergies is unacceptable and puts customers at serious risk. I will not be returning and would advise others with allergies to be cautious.

Have been a proud customer of this establishment for just over 15 years and am always satisfied with the food.

Tacos are excellent, very tasty and well prepared. Salsas are not spicy and that was a bit annoying but I assume most on their clientele is not Mexican, so it makes sense. Place is nice and cleans.

Arrived at 8:15pm, placed an order and notified Romiro at the counter (whose boss later explained he’s an underage worker) that I needed to also place a to go order. He said I could do so as I was finishing my meal. At 8:25, I went back to the counter to place the to go order (my food still hadn’t come) and this woman said “we are out of food, go home”. Huh?! Who bold face lies to a customer like that? Refused to serve me as she said she wanted to close early. I proceeded to watch them turn away 6 customers in the next 5 minutes. On my way out, she chased me down the street taking photos of me, so that was a particularly nice ending to the night. Needless to say, this was the worst dining experience we have ever encountered.
