For the past eight years, Goldbergs bagels in Westhampton Beach has been my go-to spot, and it never disappoints! Doug and the team provide outstanding service, making each visit a pleasure. The owners are genuinely kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. My favorite is the couscous salad--always fresh and delicious! Plus, everyone at Lillians Hair Salon next door raves about it too. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out! Highly recommend!

Terrible store with horrible customer service and price gauging as no other options in area. If you want to leave angry about the interaction with staff, waiting 45 minutes, paying $30 for bagel with salmon with coffee, & your order not being correct - then you have found the bagel store for you.

After going to the one in Mattituck, this was disappointing. They didn't have the flavor I wanted. The Service was slow. The dining area is cramped.

My order is always egg everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, and there is absolutely no consistency between different Goldberg’s locations.

When I order at Southampton location, the cream cheese is made with fresh jalapeños, other veggies, and is sufficiently spicy. The bagel itself is always one of the best bagels I’ve ever had.

Westhampton location by contrast sucks. Cream cheese is made with pickled jalapeños which ruins it, and the bagel texture is way off. I’ll never go again even though I work in WHB.

No AC for the poor staff. The checkout process makes zero sense and the food is below average. This is not the same Goldberg in the rest of the Hamptons. We deserve a better bagel spot!

Food isn’t bad- there is a consistent problem of overcharging and when asking for a receipt you are given one begrudgingly. Follow the menu and make sure you are charged accordingly.

Slow, overpriced, mediocre quality.

I am a regular customer of the Goldbergs in both Mattituck and East Quogue. Those places are good. The Westhampton one is not. There were eight people behind the counter, and only two of them were making sandwiches, so there was a loooong line. The sandwiches are fine, but overpriced.

Great bagels. Owners are very friendly, but 9 times out 10 I get the incredibly rude woman who works the cashier. Consider hiring different cashiers as she seems to be making a negative impression on a number of customers. Wrong job to pick if you loathe customer service.

A long line and VERY unfriendly service for mediocre bagels. They are popular because they don’t really have a competitor in the area.

Amazing bagels, wraps, coffee, everything! Quality is always excellent & Craig and Laurie are such warm owners. Lines can be long but usually move pretty fast. Worth the wait.
