Don’t know what I enjoy more - the food, seeing Joe, Fred and the staff or reading the comments they print out and post to the wall by the register!! Only place on Google where a 1 star review increases business and brand loyalty. Whoever wrote that Hurricane Deli is the real successor to the legendary “German Deli” is 100% correct.

We ordered Thanksgiving dinner from the deli for our Real Estate office party. IT WAS AMAZING! The price was fair and the food was delicious!!! We made a great choice! We will be back next year!!

Customer service? More like customer disservice !What a horrific experience. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and disrespected by an establishment I’m purchasing from. I feel disgraced at myself that I allowed myself to pay for sub par food by employees with cave-man like manners. Should be mandated by New York state to attend finishing school and customer service school. To be saying I won’t be returning is perhaps the biggest understatement of this year.May need to hire professional therapy to recover from this traumatic experience.Stay far far far away!

Best Deli in the Hamptons! Great food, great staff and awesome service! Stop in and see Joe, Fred, Vic, Cory, Branden, Dominick and of course Mr. Grady and the rest of the crew. RUN-I have been placing large orders for many years. The staff are always rude but now they have taken their customer service to a whole New level ! I will never come back again. Treating customers politely should be a must however, at this deli, the owner does not demand!It trickles down from The top always! There is a fabulous deli right down the street who actually willTreat customers graciously.

Have a relative that is at Westhampton Care Center for rehab. I have placed orders over the phone for delivery. Everyone that has answered is kind and accommodating. Fast delivery and relative said the food is excellent.Greatly appreciate Hurricane Deli for making their day brighter!

The food is delicious but the customer service is atrocious. They're rude to customers as if we aren't the ones paying for our food and keeping the doors open. Id recommend doing some front of house training on how to speak to customers.
