Made it known multiple times that my boyfriend was allergic to bananas. They clearly did not take the proper precautions because he was so sick for the rest of the day. I don’t want to be that person but this outcome could have been really bad for someone else and is something that needs to be taken seriously. Mistakes happen, but meeting the people that work here… These kids need to be held to higher standards or stop hiring kids.

Great tasting shakes. But pretty basic ingredients without adding more..which they will charge you for. On top of that your cheapest shake(a small) is gonna run you about $8?? That’s way too much for bannana strawberries and some açaí mixed together. Other than the overpriced menu I like the place.

I get VIP service ! This place is fantastic,and delicious,SoBol in Westhampton is a genius idea!What an asset to the community and the owner is amazing!! This is a must visit and keep coming back kinda place ,come and enjoy for yourself .my son's favorite is the green ,mine is the berry smoothie . everything awesome at Westhampton SoBol!!!!

Listen I’m a very reasonable person, if this just happened once I would understand but now multiple times I have placed a Online order around 8 when they open or even drive to the store to get açaí and the manager hasn’t been there and the poor workers are waiting outside the store saying they have to wait for the manager to come because he has the keys??? If he is the manager shouldn’t he be there at 8 not 840 (which has happened before he came at 840 not 8) and he says late night last night clearly he’s not responsible enough to have this title. Now the other workers are kind and sweet always work with a smile and the açaí bowls are so good only complaint is the poor time management

Been to 3 different Sobols and this one is definitely the tastiest one. The owner, recommended cookie butter and now I get it every time I get a bowl them. So yum

service there was horrible. my friends and i walked in and were getting dirty looks from the employees. my friend opened her açai bowl and found a hair in it. after asking an employee to make a new one, they gave her a look then proceeded to make it. my friend also has a coconut allergy and previously informed the employee of it and when she receive her new açai bowl it had coconut shavings on it. the store was empty also so it wasn’t like it was hard to remember that my friend had an allergy because it was hectic. my other friend was getting helped by another employee and the employee dropped the açai bowl and had to make a new one because she was messing around with one of the other employees instead of focusing on her job. almost all the employees were standing around doing nothing the entire time we were there and the ones that were working didn’t care enough. i understand that working in either food or retail is mind numbing but if my friends and i are paying ten dollars for an açai bowl i’d expect it to be done correctly and to not feel out of place while i’m there.
