Peak of summer in the Hamptons, still impeccable service. Our party of 5 was accommodated, even when we asked to move our table. Gommae was delicious, eel and fish were astoundingly fresh, and rice was cooked perfectly. The owner of over 25 years even visited our table afterward. A true gem.

Wonderful place, Kimi and Yoko have run this buisness for years they have the best sushi around in my opinion on long island. Small place but it's totally worth going to. You want good sushi? Go to Sushi 1
Vegetarian options: Plenty. Vegetable tempura veggie rolls...cucumber and soy wraps for sushi
Parking: Plenty parking on street but small complex not a large place or a large restaurant but TOTALLY WORTH IT

My wife and I had the most delicious dinner at Sushi 1!! It’s truly a hidden gem with the most accommodating staff. This was our first time here, but it definitely won’t be the last!! The sushi was extremely fresh and very flavorful. The ambience was low key and very serene! We look forward to our next visit!!
