Fun and unique experience in Westhampton Beach! The fish was fresh and delicious--as was the sake flight!

A delicious omakase sushi experience, chef was great! All of the courses were unique and delicious. Service was friendly and perfect. Felt taken care of! An overall wonderful experience.

Excellent, intimate dining experience. The food was phenomenal and I appreciated that the host took the time to make sure everyone knew how to properly eat omakase. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back.

Besides being so fresh & delicious, they were beyond accommodating to everyone's requests!! Can't wait to go back!!

Everything was wonderful from the delicious sushi that was customized for me because of my heating limitations to the lovely servers who were so engaging

Nice ambience. The chef didn't explain any of the rolls he made.  4-5 rolls out of 12 were very simple rolls that you would get in any sushi restaurant. Not going back. 

Food and service was incredible as always. However, I did make a reservation for the $75 SIGNATURE 12-COURSE OMAKASE EXPERIENCE. I was charged $100 per person instead. A code was entered for the reservation and that pricing should have been honored. Other than that, the food preparation and 12 course menu was delicious and a great experience in Westhampton.

The sushi was absolutely amazing, so very fresh and delicious- melt in your mouth! The chef explained each course. Only down side- it was very rushed. I understand they want to get in that extra seating, but for that kind of money, it would have been nice to enjoy and appreciate each piece, and the company you were with.

We are repeat customers and every time during a new couple with us so they can experience how fabulous this restaurant is. The food is incredible fresh like right out of the water and Chef is amazing and a very helpful staff. I definitely say run. Don't walk to Sushi by.Bou

The sushi was delicious and the staff is very attentive!! One issue is the space design. Because it's one room, the waitstaff had to load and unload the dishes right in front of us mid-meal (not a diss on them at all, they have no choice), and there isn't a formal bar, so they have to go and grab ingredients from the cabinets and fridge that are right behind the chairs where everyone is eating. This isn't their fault at all, they're doing exactly what they should be doing! But the restaurant would definitely benefit from a back room/staging area. Still really enjoyed my experience, though! Will definitely be coming again.

This hidden gem was a true experience. The food was amazing watching Kin prepare our Sushi with such precision and care. Jonah our server as amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to all that made the evening a pure delight ❤️

Had an exceptional omakase experience at Sushi By Bou @ Sydney's. Chef was engaging and knowledgable and it was a pleasure to watch him craft each bite. Sushi was very fresh and there were some really fun and surprising bites!

Everything was fantastic from beginning to end!!! What a unique experience!!! The staff (Ariel &her cousin) the chef.... Wow!!! Each bite was an experience!! Will definitely come again!!! Thank you!!

I had been to this location last year and had a great time, but this time it felt rushed between courses. We were in and out within an hour, and almost felt like we were being rushed out the door. The courses were so quick you felt rushed because the next one was coming. Overall wouldn't recommend going - it's not worth the price.

Excellent food and service but pricey! The chef was amazing and kept the food coming, made fresh right before your eyes. Small and intimate setting.
