Sorry to say this was truly awful! Service with so few people there was dreadful and they did not have the wonderful veggie/bean burger that Sag Harbor has. The Incredible Burger was truly disgusting. I don’t think vegetarians are looking for a meat copy! I’m going only to Sag Harbor from now on.

Sadly, had a frustrating experience here. Don’t recommend. Placed a pickup order in person - ordered the wings and fries. Came with 5 wings instead of 6 as listed. No ranch or blue cheese? Wings were half covered in sauces. Fries were fine. $32 for 5 wings and fries?!! I called to explain that after arriving home I only found 5 wings and was told I’d get a 50% refund, which I never got.

I have been here twice. First time was just bad. Poor service, way too crowded. So I tried it again just to be sure. Once again a long wait to order. I ordered the special burger off the wall where the ingredients were clearly listed on said wall. I had to send the burger back three times to get the burger I actually ordered. My 10 year old said we should go somewhere else. I should have listened to her.

So, I tried to get into this place multiple times. Once, they were closed. Another time, they had a private party and closed to the public and lastly, this time, we got in, sat down and waited 15 minutes with no help, acknowledgement, service, food, etc... Just terrible. A very casual place and the menu looked good. But I am no longer attempting to go. There are better restaurants available in WHB. I suggest passing on this one.

Food was great and the staff couldn't be any nicer. They seemed a little short staffed but that didn't detract from a great burger and my husband just loves their shakes and oreo cookie ice cream sandwich.

I ordered from here through door dash and door dash was giving me a problem with getting me a dasher. I was waiting for so long so I called the restaurant even though that’s not their issue and I spoke to Amanda and she called door dash to get me someone and she remade all my food before the dasher got there. They went above and beyond to help me, and their burger and chocolate shake was amazing! First time getting from here and I will absolutely be back for more. I’m a local too so it’s great to have a good burger place around! Thanks LT!!!

Hostess / server was very friendly. We are vegetarians and aren't huge fans of the Impossible Burger and we were disappointed that the veggie burger wasn't on the menu (available in Sag Harbor). However, she gave us time and put no pressure on us to decide to stay while she checked with the chef to see what accommodations could be made. The chef made me a falafel patty sandwich and we ordered salads and some sides. I appreciated that the server went the extra mile to keep us in the restaurant. Very reasonably priced for dining in the village of Westhampton. Thank you.

The burger was not bad but nothing special. Comes with vegan cheese, vegan aioli, portobello, spinach, and a vegan/gf bun. I took off the mushrooms and spinach and added lettuce, onions, and pickles. Prices were outrageous ($19 for the burger that doesn’t come with fries). I also paid $2 for an extra side of the truffle aioli. I expected it to be a big side for $2 but it was a normal side cup (like those 2 oz cups). Absolutely ridiculous for $2. They have a gluten free and vegan bun. The waffle fries were not good at all. They were so greasy, all I could taste was the oil. I’m not picky about fries either but I couldn’t even finish the small side of them. Good to have a vegan option in WHB but would not order again unless I was desperate to eat something.

This place rocks! Super accommodating to my Celiac disease being sure I am free of cross contamination. They even have gluten free beer that taste like beer before I could no longer have it! From the manager to the servers they are very helpful and polite. A new go to spot not too far from home.

Definitely a great and well needed addition to main st. Everyone from the Chef, Stefon, and the manager Amanda are all super nice and accommodating. Quick service, super clean, great beer selection and of course an amazing burger. Can’t wait to go back
