I had the most amazing experience at Burger King! The service was incredibly fast, and the lady Kim who assisted me was so nice and exceptionally skilled at her job. All the staff there were fantastic - you can really tell that they know what they're doing!

Stopped in for a quick meal, ordered the whopper with cheese combo large and they said it was $18. There is NO way in hell I’m paying $18 for Burger King. Your food is subpar and not worth $10 much less $18. Went in to Starbucks and got food and drink there. Places like Burger King need to just go out of business ripping customers off like that.

Why would a fast food restaurant that serves breakfast not open until 10:00? Why does New York State make it virtually impossible for travellers on their major highways to get breakfast? 2 star rather than 1 because this one at least posts their correct hours, but there's still no excuse for opening this late.

Amazing customer service. They were fast, friendly, and the kitchen looked clean and organized. One of the best Burger Kings I've eaten at. Would highly recommend.

If I could give them a zero rating I would..literally asked the 3 staff members with no customers if they were open (930pm) dude said yes and then went back to continue with his conversation with the other staff.. stood there for an additional minute and they pretty much just ignored me standing at the register trying to place order…no customer service no respect no ambition..don’t waste your time with this place ..

I have ordered from here 2 times recently and both times the fries were luke warm to cold and the last time my sandwich was cold as well. Way overpriced but they got you because you are on the NYS Thruway.
