Franco's Pizza Westmoreland

Ordered off of slice the pizza and wasn’t ready when it said it was going to be had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Tried to order from them again on a Thursday and they were out of boneless wings. This place used to be good I have no idea what happened

Absolutely made an amazing chicken wing pizza, but swapped out the sauce for their whatever wing sauce and it was amazing!

There food is to die for excellent

Pizza was hot and fresh! And host was friendly!

The medium wings were flavorful and not just spicy, and the pizza tastes very fresh and is delicious.

Great quality, delicious food with unique menu items. The owner is very friendly and creative. Friendly folks all around. It's a 10/5

If you like a thicker and more doughy pizza this is the place to go. I get large cheese pizzas often from here for me and my boys and there are never any leftovers.

I have had pizza from all the local pizza shops in the area and franco's is probably the best in the area. There pizza isn't skimpy on topings, there crust is great,there subs are very good as well.

So so frustrated. I called for an order earlier this afternoon. I said the order 3or 4 different times because it’s a very specific order because my father has an allergy so it has to be right. I pick it up. She hands it to me. I say one last time I apologize I have to be this person, but you’re sure that this is a steak sandwich with no cheese, but lettuce and tomato? Yup no cheese she says. I didn’t open it. It is not my food. He calls me a couple hours later saying did not receive a steak sandwich. He got a sausage sandwich which I didn’t even know that was a thing but it is. It is just so annoying yes he got “credited” for a free sub but its just annoying how many times that was confirmed and then it is WRONG. Not to mention I have no time to go all the way back there to bring another to my dad and you already know the order was someone with specific dietary restrictions so why is this happening?

This was the second attempt at trying Franco's in Westmoreland. Both times weren't so great. The first time was on July 19, 2024 if I'm not mistaken was a Friday because we were celebrating my husband's birthday. We ordered an upside-down sausage and mushroom, reg. Half Pepperoni Half Ham and 40 wings and an order of mozzarella sticks. That time did not receive the upside-down when we ordered and got a regular instead. We figured it was a Friday so they were busy and mistakes happen. Tonight when we ordered we figured it being a Monday wouldn't be so bad, we did the Sausage Upside down, a Reg Pepperoni, what was supposed to be a Reg. Ham with pineapple and banana peppers and 40 wings. The wings had no sauce on them and the Ham pizza was was missing the most important ingredient, HAM! Really no point in the pineapple or banana peppers without the ham. If there was an option to leave 0 stars I most definitely would. I personally would not order from this establishment again.

Ordered small pepperoni on Thursday night.. they stayed open late, I was impressed and told them it's OK, I'll wait and order it tomorrow. They insisted..I picked it up and they were cleaning up getting ready to close. Got it home and the entire top of the pizza was just about burned. We've gotten pizza there before and it was never that way. So I called on Friday to let them know what happened the night before. Again, very friendly and apologetic. Offered a free pizza I said OK, I'll come by and pick it up for the grandkids. Got it home and, again, it was entirely burned on top. They weren't busy. I think they've just changed. They're trying to sell their business. I don't want that kind of pizza so we'll find another one similar in our area or the Rome area... just not crunchy burned cheese

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and boneless everything wings on slice. The pizza had no pepperoni. The cheese tasted like super processed bagged cheese. The chicken was so over cooked it was hard. The best thing about it is the celery was crispy. I reached out to slice about it since I paid through them. They reached out to the restaurant who said the wings were cooked perfectly and there was pepperoni on the pizza. If that’s what they call perfect food I would recommend staying FAR away.
