Once again placed a large order last night, they didn’t have one of the items that was ordered. They put our order in a large box and then thanked us ! We checked the order before we left and that’s when we noticed the missing item. I went back inside and asked them where the item was and was politely told they were out of it!!! Didn’t say anything to us and we were not asked if we wanted a substitute item in its place!! We also ordered 2 hours before the pick up time! Won’t be going back anytime soon!!

I have always loved Grandes in Westmoreland, very nice people. Unfortunately when I got my lunch today on my break I asked for no tomatoes and no black olives and they were on my salad! Also I found a blonde piece of hair in my salad. So upsetting

I scheduled an impromptu get together to say good by to all my friends and family. After spending 3 months in Rome NY excaping the Thonotosassa FL heat we are finally going back home. I called and spoke to Chip on Thurs 29 Sept 19 wondering if he could accommodate 38 people serving pizza's and antipasto Sunday 22 Sept 19. He was more than agreeable and promised he would do his absolute best. Sunday came and my guests all enjoyed the pizza, Chip made five (5) choices of pizza and a superior antipasto and continued to make pizza's as they need to be replenished.
