I have to say in all the years this place has been there I have never once been able to get in everything, or an onion, or a garlic bagel. Is it too much to ask? so because of this, I got tired of always getting what I don't want. So I stopped going to this place. now I see that they rebuilt the place I figured let me give it a shot, maybe it's better but it's not, it's worse. I went there this morning and asked for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, but all they had was 2 sesame and 1 cinnamon raisin bagels left. This is absurd. The guy working there told me, they don't have the time to make the bagels. They were giving away croissants this morning, so I asked for a croissant. None left. So once again I ordered the two last sesame bagels toasted with veggie on one plain cream cheese on the other. It was was surprise to find two untoasted, hard bagels with traces of creamcheese. Unbelievable. Just Unbelievable So once again I'm not going there anymore. I told the girl in the drive thru about all of this and she just laughed. Good luck to this place, it's horrible

Absolutely atrocious service , they only care about the drive thru time not a care in the world about walk ins waited 15 mins with not a single word said to me multiple people walked out

Stopped in here two mornings while on vacation & both times I was met with a polite cashier, quick service & fresh coffee/food. Employees were quick & efficient even though they were very busy so both times I was in & out. My only issue is that I was unable to order on the app like I usually do. That is an issue on the stores end & seems to have been going on for over a month (based on a previous review.)

Sometimes people are out there to genuinely help. I purchased a coffee, which was delicious, but also need a bunch of quarters, which the workers and manager went out of their way to provide. Five stars for the food and the service!

Food and drinks are fine. Issue is they have what seems no connectivity with the app. Couldnāt order ahead easily and then in store, couldnāt even use any of the coupons on the app
At first they said the coupon I was using was just for mobile orders. Then I showed them thatās not the case, but even using the app wouldnāt allow for the use of rewards, then they said the app doesnāt work all that well here
So Iām not sure if itās the broader app or this store, but pretty disappointing service either way

Not my favorite DD. Coffee just doesn't seem as hot as other DD's . They often get simple request wrong and always seem to be out of donuts or bagels when I want one. I know their job isn't easy for what they make, but they could be a little bit more friendly to their customers.
