Pretty disappointed with this Dunkin, the drinks taste completely different compared to others. And be careful if you order a bagel with butter, they put so much on it leaked through everything and made my lap and car a mess. I’m not trying to get clogged arteries Dunkin.

Disappointed lately. My favorite drink just doesn’t taste the same. I usually stop by this Dunkin’ at least once a week and have always had great experiences. My favorite drink has been the Mango Pineapple with Lemonade, it’s refreshing, flavorful, and something I look forward to every time.
But the last two times I’ve ordered it, it’s been completely off. There’s no mango or pineapple flavor at al, it just tastes bland and not like it used to. I brought it back yesterday and was refunded, thinking it might have just been made wrong. Today I decided to give it another try, but it tasted exactly the same. I even took a sip before leaving, just to be sure, and it still didn’t taste right.
I’m not sure if the recipe changed recently or if something’s wrong with the mix, but this isn’t the same drink I’ve enjoyed for weeks. When I mentioned it to the clerk, she assured me it was made correctly, but I know this drink well, it’s definitely different. Unfortunately I had to toss the drink, no way I could force myself to drink it.
Honestly, it’s disappointing because that drink is one of the small things I look forward to, and both times my morning felt kind of ruined because my heart was set on it. I’m only leaving this review because I really do love this drink and I can’t be the only one experiencing this.

Always love Dunkin. Except this specific one… rather one specific employee. First she questioned my flavor choices in my iced latte, then she told me it would be one hour to have croissants made. One hour?? That’s Crazy. Since they were very busy (like every other Dunkin in the country) I think she was too lazy & didn’t want to stop making drinks (easy) and make some food (hard) Will not return to this Specific Dunkin ever again

I have to say in all the years this place has been there I have never once been able to get in everything, or an onion, or a garlic bagel. Is it too much to ask? so because of this, I got tired of always getting what I don't want. So I stopped going to this place. now I see that they rebuilt the place I figured let me give it a shot, maybe it's better but it's not, it's worse. I went there this morning and asked for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, but all they had was 2 sesame and 1 cinnamon raisin bagels left. This is absurd. The guy working there told me, they don't have the time to make the bagels. They were giving away croissants this morning, so I asked for a croissant. None left. So once again I ordered the two last sesame bagels toasted with veggie on one plain cream cheese on the other. It was was surprise to find two untoasted, hard bagels with traces of creamcheese. Unbelievable. Just Unbelievable So once again I'm not going there anymore. I told the girl in the drive thru about all of this and she just laughed. Good luck to this place, it's horrible

Stopped in here two mornings while on vacation & both times I was met with a polite cashier, quick service & fresh coffee/food. Employees were quick & efficient even though they were very busy so both times I was in & out. My only issue is that I was unable to order on the app like I usually do. That is an issue on the stores end & seems to have been going on for over a month (based on a previous review.)
