Never have I ever seen veterans treat other veterans like a joke. I live 5 blocks away. Just want to have a beer. I was told by the bartender that I needed my DD214 . I told her I would be right back.Had my DD14 in Hand. I literally was refused membership . I’m a marine of 3 wars. My son’s a marine . My whole family is military and veterans. My stepdad is a Vietnam Veteran Nd he’s a member there. Didn’t matter when I mentioned his name. If you’re a real Veteran I don’t recommend this place. Period…

If you are looking for bar within a veteran's club it is okay . The decor is fine and the bar is clean , well organized . The bartender was polite and a professional at her job . But otherwise other than lower drink prices unless you are a veteran who qualifies to be a member of the American Legion you have to ask yourself why you want to go there . This Legion does serve lunches weekdays with a daily special .
