Co workers and I had ordered lunch through Bennu as we have multiple times before.. except this time my food was loaded with someone’s hair who either prepped the food prior (if shrimp and or chicken is cooked prior to making any sandwiches that day) or was preparing my wrap. We contacted Bennu and informed them of the situation. We were met with staff over the phone who asked us to dissect our food to look for more hair for proof that we can bring in to show them before they even considered replacing our order and or refunding us. Fed up with the bull, we ended up just going into Bennu to bring back our orders that were contaminated with multiple hairs in the food. As we arrived, we were met by the manager of the shift, her name is Allie. When she asked if we were here for the remade sandwhiches, I informed her I had no interest in having another sandwhich that may have been tampered with and the attitude I was met with when we went in WITH OUR FOOD THEY REQUESTED WE BRING IN FOR “PROOF”. She was instantly dismissive and held a rude composure the entire time. Thankfully I didn’t take the food because at that point with how aggressive she was I had a feeling they may have done something to my wrap as retaliation. As someone who frequents this location constantly with coworkers for lunch, we will not be ordering from this business again. Absolutely unprofessional. If I was met with a bit of respect when asking for a refund vs “Allie” the manager arguing with us that they replaced the food so I’m guessing she didn’t think she’d have to give a refund. Hopefully this establishment can get a good grip on management before they turn away more customers with poor customer service.

The eggplant panini was AMAZING and literally the best sweet potato fries I've ever had ? I chose this place based on vegetarian options and vast menu options. We sat outside. I wish this place was closer we were just passing through.

Bennu Black and blue is one of the best steak sandwiches in the area Chicken Caesar salad with Blackened shrimp Everything always tastes fresh and good
Wow ? It has become one of my favorite places to eat in town. Service was excellent. Sandwiches and paninis are delicious and don’t forget the broccoli cheddar soup is yummmmm. Restaurant has a small bar too.
Parking: Restaurant is in a plaza, so plenty of parking.

I always love the food here but my god are all the employees the most miserable people. The girl at the counter taking my order didn't say a hello or what can I get you. She just blankly looked at me until I started my order, then expects me to tip? Probably some of the worst customer service in the area.

Food is delicious, but the wait for it is horrendous. Top of 4, food arrives piece meal. First two were done eating when 3rd person meal came then the fourth came when the 3rd was done eating.

Ordered a sirloin salad & this is the container the salad came in. It was small the lettuce was a bunch of hard pieces. My meat was cooked well done should of been medium well. They definitely can do better with the salad & the size of container.
