Ordered yesterday online, was told when picking up that I never placed an order there. Was then told that someone must have stole my order and if I wanted a new one I would have to pay for it. I was dumbfounded that I was told this and bantered back and forth before finally after 20 minutes they made my order. What kind of customer service is this?? Also the burger I ordered wasn’t available so I was offered a standard whopper smh

Omg, I love Burger King, yes I go for that grilled burger taste, and I think they have the best French fries ever. Someone asked me which I would prefer, I said don't get wrong I do like McDonald's as well but I would choose "The King" before Mcdonalds. Now how does the youngins say it "Periodt".

Ordered online for in store pickup, didn't put my food in the pick up bin so I told them my name. 10 minutes later they bring my food out after serving 5 counter customers that didn't order ahead of time. Won't go back.

Burgers still better than the u know who. This was clean and nice location......BUT this particular cashier could've left her attitude at home. I've been going to BK for over 30 years, and never had this issue before. Service would've been rated 4 star if not for her.
Kid-friendliness: BK paper crowns everywhere....cool for kids.
Not honoring coupons. Food is instant heartburn fuel anyway, I'm giving myself one star too for being stupid enough to ever come back here.
