The “manager” is super unprofessional. My mom’s been placing the same order every week for my kids… never any issues. This time, there was a misunderstanding somewhere. Mom called to fix the issue so that my kids could eat. Instead of fixing the issue, the manager told my mom to use her brain next time she orders. I go in to try and get the name of the manager who spoke with her, they gave me the runaround and never gave a name. Claiming they have no idea who spoke with her. I worked in the restaurant business, mistakes happen. But you don’t speak to costumers, or people like that.

Huge thank you to this BK last night! Even with a bit of a wait (which they warned us about) they were super friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of. We lost power at home and just wanted something quick. Food was hot and delicious, really appreciate it and the workers for taking care of my family after this week’s bad storm! Thank you to the entire crew!

I waited in line at the drive-thru for 16 minutes...TWO cars ahead of me!
Ordered yesterday online, was told when picking up that I never placed an order there. Was then told that someone must have stole my order and if I wanted a new one I would have to pay for it. I was dumbfounded that I was told this and bantered back and forth before finally after 20 minutes they made my order. What kind of customer service is this?? Also the burger I ordered wasn’t available so I was offered a standard whopper smh

the food is awesome, it’s great, the service is not the best, the place is cold like any other place I’ve been to, they even gave me free ice creams I think because we were the only one there

Omg, I love Burger King, yes I go for that grilled burger taste, and I think they have the best French fries ever. Someone asked me which I would prefer, I said don't get wrong I do like McDonald's as well but I would choose "The King" before Mcdonalds. Now how does the youngins say it "Periodt".
