Everytime I go there, 1 female employee gives me a hard time about my frozen coffee, I get it with no sugar and she never puts cream in it and tells me it's the machine. I don't have issues with anybody else. I've been drinking this coffee everyday for 10 years. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. She never ever smiles and is so rude.

Bad service with customers, I ordered bagel egg & cheese no Bacon with coffee to go instead of that I found out that I got crescent egg & cheese but before that I asked them can the worker who prepare the orders to change his gloves because of pork allergy, ne respect for that. Worst experience I never had. The sandwich I gave it to someone else because the worker touch Bacon and did my order without changing the cloves.

Mobile orders for do nights do not work if they either don’t know what doughnuts are which or are too lazy to actually look at the doughnuts to see what they are.

Order is usually wrong or just incomplete, and service time is absolutely horrendous. For being next to a middle school and frequent spot for them to safely hang out and get relatively cheap food, you'd think they'd treat these kids with a better attitude rather than being rude or make them wait longer.

New Management stinks. Never open on time. I’m a loyal dunkin customer and I’m pissed I have to travel to different towns to visit dunkin. Three Sundays in a row not open in the AM. 3 cars there since 415 am with an opening at 5. Nope. Get it right. Was just wonderful before Darren. Not to mention the times If I do get coffee there, it’s never right. DONE

8am, no one inside ordering, a couple in drive thru. Still waited almost 5 mins to have my order taken. They look at you and just keep working. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE????? at least acknowledge the patrons and let them know you'll be right with them. Don't just stare at us like we're idiots

I was up visiting family stopped at Dunkin donuts and witnessed a gentleman spill his drink after purchasing it.... Could not believe that they wanted to charge him for another drink if he decided he'd like one?.... How inconsiderate dunkin' donuts shame on you!!!!

Went here on a Friday at 5:50pm. Waited in the drive thru for 4 mins before someone acknowledged me at the drive thru to place an order. Then waited in line behind two cars for 25 mins!!! And then was told there’s only one person working?!?

So I sat in the line. When I got up to the screen to place my order NO reply NO nothing so I waited. I pulled up to the window and asked if the drive thru was no working. She replied no we're just busy. But didn't take the second to acknowledge me or say hey can you please wait a minute. Nothing. So I drove off.... I won't be back
