Stood there like I was invisible while bth employees had a 5 minute conversation with a customer about there boys but food was good and too many flies
Not sure what it is but lately every time I go in, there’s always an issue either my subs get messed up or the fact that when I get three meals, I can’t get a drink carrier because “it did not come in on truck.” Then expect me to carry a bag And four sodas without dropping any

advertising on their window, AND in line with National ad 6.99 any 6 meal deal. REFUSE to honor... they say register wont ring up COMPLETE scammers bunch of kids on duty and NO management to refer to or train accordingly. NEVER go again they are terrible compared to all the others in the area

This is a nice shop. The crew working during this visit was a bit young and still learning. We were not greeted as we came in, like we usually are. The two guys were friendly and polite and did a good job but need work on their customer service skills as far as communicating.

placed an order through the app and even had a half hour window til I arrived to pick up the subs, app said it was ready for pick up. I get there and there is three cars in the drive thru, 6-7 people standing inside (three of them waiting for subs for about a half hour). I waited for 20 minutes and the worker was still making subs.
I had to abandon my order as I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to wait a half hour+ for two subs. Not the workers fault by any means, they are severely understaffed. Three people walked out and one person drove away from the drive thru because of the long wait. Super disappointed and hopefully I can get a refund since I had to abandon my order.

On Sept 19, 2024, I got a whole sub on piece of bread that was so hard that I had to scrape off the bread and eat the partial made tuna. I asked for a manager- no manager so, I asked for the franchise’s name or number- again - No! What I received was Hunter in Whitesboro New York said he couldn’t help (all I wanted was a sandwich made correctly with new bread) and put Mike on the phone who said, “This is his best friend, Mike and I don't know what you want, you’re not going to get anywhere.” And hung up the phone on me. All I asked was for a sandwich “artist” to his job professionally and remake the sub. Now, I am an excellent customer, I have called to say how wonderful they have been in the past. This behavior has been the absolute worst I’ve been treated by anyone in the service industry. This behavior is unacceptable.

Did an order online …. The gave me two of the same sandwiches … they said it would be ready at 3… I went in at 4 and they said they would make it ????…. The fountain sioda machine had 1/3 of the available soda… really really sad

I order off the app. They never get the order right. Last time I ordered I went in to get my sub when the app said it was done. They said they didn't make it cause they were out of bread. Said they would refund me never did.
