The guy was super rude and miserable and the girl was in her own world. I had to repeat myself multiple times and it just got frustrating. The girl messed up a couple of orders after telling her that she got it wrong but still managed to get it wrong. She had an air pod in her right ear which probably affected how she was working. The guy working there completely messed up one of the orders, he was not welcoming to the customers.

The older guy who works here is sooo stingy with the ice-cream scoops. He barely gives you a scoop and is then rude if you ask for a little more. It doesn't matter what size I have ordered from him, he always gives very little. I don't know if he owns the place, but it's clear he is trying to be skimpy on purpose. No one else who works in this Carvel has done this. I wouldn't go in there if you see the older guy.

I door dash and have been there in person. I grew up in whitestone so have been there a lot growing up. I'm a little annoyed at the last couple of times I ordered the DASHER that I like and it seemed a little less than spectacular. Mild creamyness and it's always served in a SHAKE cup. Other stores have a specific plastic cup with dome.. I door dash other carvels now cause of this. Do better whitestone store
