Can't rate the food but the service was terrible, walked in on a Saturday night the place was empty and the people at the counter saw me coming in but didn't even greet me they just kept looking at their phones, no wonder you have no customers in the dining room.

I had ordered through GrubHub last night during a storm and I didn’t realize how bad the flooding had been (totally my fault). The driver took 3 hours to deliver the food and while waiting, someone at the restaurant called twice to offer to deliver the food themselves. It was a kind gesture that was offered and much appreciated. I ended up giving the food to my neighbor who has two teenage boys because they got so excited when they heard I had ordered from Cascarino’s. Will definitely be ordering from them again. This time when the weather is better! 😂

We were disappointed with our takeout order. Unfortunately, we had hoped that under the new ownership the flavor would remain somewhat the same. Its worth noting that the pizza used to have such a unique sauce that made the drive up to Whitestone worth it, but now it’s completely different. While the crust is still the same, the sauce was bland and lacked the flavor we loved. This isn’t meant as hate, just honest feedback from someone who truly loved what it used to be.

Super bummed that Vinnie sold his business but sure hope he now gets to enjoy himself! Sadly, our experience tonight was poor; over an hour+ wait for delivery- I think they forgot our order; called after 50 minute wait and it came in 15 minutes. Ordered Linguini Marinara and got Linguine Red Sauce/Sunday Gravy- two VERY different dishes and Red sauce is super salty & rich- which is a no go for us- its why we order Marinara as it's so much lighter, fresher and not salty! Garlic knots were oily and not warm and side sauce was super salty, too.
One of the best things about previous Owner was he & staff understood dietary requests and made balanced flavored food- I don't think it's possible now, unfortunately. Very sad and now need to rethink our longstanding relationship of Cascarino as our go to takeout 😢

The Spanish dude that attends you first is so rude and disrespectful. I won’t be coming back here ever again. He needs to clean up his attitude. And also the old woman was eating while she was on the register. She hands me my debit card w her greasy hands. Disgusting. Yeah never again. This review was long over due. .

The grandma slices are excellent, but the service and demeanor at the pizza counter could use some improvement. The man and woman working there, both Hispanic, seemed to have an attitude as if taking my order was a burden. This experience would discourage me from driving 90 minutes to eat there again.

At a very low point in my recent life I was offered a job opportunity and it's funny bc I had to buy new pants with what little money I had and then I was told to not to worry about coming back over a miscommunication and i very much hold resentment for the man who gave me that false hope. I also did get a chance to try it and to be entirely honest it's pretty mediocre, 7/11 is cheaper and tastes consistently better
Catered my Mom’s 90th birthday party from Cascarino’s. Everyone at the party loved the food . Ordering was easy and everyone was friendly. Delivery man went above and beyond to help set up and was on time. Would highly recommend!

wow. where do i even begin… how awful of an experience this was. i ordered the shrimp which was $15. the picture showed like 12 shrimp and to my surprise and utter disappointment i received 4. now when i went back to the menu it said 4 so make sure you read and don’t get tricked by predatory marking.

Solid pizzeria, reminds me of old school queens pizza. Alittle sloppy but good flavors. I really like there chicken rolls there not skimpy and also the grandma slices are good too. I wouldn’t travel for this place but if ur in the neighborhood I would hit it if ur hungry
