Jane took care of us and is very friendly . Had a cash inconvenience and took care of us in the spot . First time coming here and very impressed it’s a must try .

Good affordable drinks, gets pretty loud in the afternoons as it is a popular destination for the locals. Only complaint is the wifi which I can never seem to connect to my laptop.

The sign says open till 7 got there at 630 went outta my way to be denied a cappuccino cause they had shut and cleaned machine ..... and i was a regular srry never again

Nice and chill with humongous giant iced coffee! Lol, it was way bigger than that, I thought. My iced coffee was strong and creamy. It was perfect for me!

Could not brag more about this place than I already do. My boyfriend and I have become regulars here over the last 3yrs and it's hands down my favorite spot in the neighborhood. Not only is their coffee absolutely amazing but so is their staff, they're all so kind and welcoming each time, even to our dog who's become a mini celebrity here. It truly is a neighborhood gem!

The girl there needs to learn to make a iced vanilla latte. Everytime she messes up and it taste terrible. Please give her a recipe sheet. Also she didnt use gloves when pulling my croffle out of the stove thing. She used her bare dirty hands. Disgusting.

I've been coming here for about eight months consistently, and there is a reason why - it is by far the best local coffee shop in the area! It's very spacious, the drinks are delicious, and the employees here are exceptionally cordial.The atmosphere changes depending on the time of day - it's usually relatively quiet earlier in the day, which makes it a great place to work or study. It picks up around 3 p.m., where you can find groups of friends hanging together or playing the board games Coffee Monster has available.The cafe is a clean environment (which includes its bathroom!), reliable WiFi, and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. I've got no critiques to give - if I could give Coffee Monsters six stars, I would!
