I've been coming here for about eight months consistently, and there is a reason why - it is by far the best local coffee shop in the area! It's very spacious, the drinks are delicious, and the employees here are exceptionally cordial.The atmosphere changes depending on the time of day - it's usually relatively quiet earlier in the day, which makes it a great place to work or study. It picks up around 3 p.m., where you can find groups of friends hanging together or playing the board games Coffee Monster has available.The cafe is a clean environment (which includes its bathroom!), reliable WiFi, and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. I've got no critiques to give - if I could give Coffee Monsters six stars, I would!

Coffee were good! Very limited items to eat especially for Keto. My husband had their chocolate muffin and said it was very good. Banana was more dense. Moca coffee was excellent and cappuccino was good.Over all place was clean coffee was great. They had great games to selections to play. Good hangout

Really nice place to just relax and have coffee. We went right after we saw The Birds' 60th anniversary showing in the theater. The coffee was delicious, and the decor was great. Definitely going to be going back again!

It was my first time coming here, and I must say this is the first time that I’ve been to a coffee shop that I feel comfortable sitting in and not having to rush to drink or eat what I brought. The staff is PHENOMENAL!! they make the drinks so well and you barely have a wait time. I brought the Tiramisu latte ice!!! When I tell you it tasted like I was drinking the actual desert!! 100% this is gonna be my go too order. I can’t wait to comeback and taste the entire menu.

My favorite morning coffee place! i I am always greeted with a smile, coffee is delicious, my son and I love the Halloween decor! It’s always my first stop before heading into work. Try the banana pudding! 10/10!

Would give this location less stars if I could. Walked in today about 6pm. Ordered an iced caramel macchiato, spicy bulgogi and a cinnamon croffle and sat down. Coffee was done. Got up and got it. Sat back down. Guy at the counter brought my croffle to me. In a brown paper bag and just tossed it on the table and walked away. My husband got up and asked why it wasn't given on a plate and he gave him some story about how plates go missing so they stopped. He gave him a plate and turned away. Now, croffle usually have whipped cream and such. Sowithout it, plate means nothing. So I left it. Shortlyafter, a female worker who was mopping the floor asked if all was okay. We said no. Explained what was wrong and she said sorry all while laughing and smirking. The guy brought my husband's bulgolgi, we addressed the issue with the croffle, he took it back and that was that. Shortly after, another was made, but was given to another set of individuals two tables over. So I was not given a new one. Nor was a given a refund for the one he took fromme. When it was addressed. he than smiled and smirked in my face as if it were funny. I have never felt so disgusted and disrespected as a customer. And by someone claiming to be a manager. Ridiculous.

The lady that works the night shift is so odd (heavyset with long black hair)...I came once at 7pm and immediately she says we are closed even though the door and online says 8pm, she also never greeted me or apologized for the wrong information and continued to chat it up with a friend. Today I came 30 minutes before closing for a PSL and was told no because the espresso machine was closed, the worker was very apologetic about it but the same lady I mentioned above was there again and was unfriendly and dismissive. I've come a lot of times and have had good experiences with all the other staff members. I 100% won't ever come back to any of their locations now as this is now my second unpleasant experience here and there's other places in the area that don't have a rude worker like that nasty lady.
