I have been going to Cristina’s since I was in high school . My favorite is the heart attack sandwich . Unfortunately with time their quality has gone down . On Friday and Saturday and busy days they put less chicken and make it sloppy and once I found pieces of plastic in my Sandwhich . I will return to give them the 2 stars back once I notice a change ! I go once a week

I got the “Love Handle” and wasn’t disappointed. Spicy fries (whatever that means), gravy (also unsure of) and roast beef makes this sandwich a greasy one.. but also a very very tasty one haha.

This a horrible place! Customer service is very unprofessional and highly discourteous. Came in for a bubble tea and got discourteous unprofessional customer service. The Caucasian guy in glasses at the order counter was very rude and needs an attitude adjustment or anger management classes.

Def not the same anymore, got 2 New Yorkers on a roll recently and both sandwiches were very dry. Skimped on the chipotle sauce and the chicken cutlets themselves were dry and flimsy, not juicy and crispy like they used to be.

Go to cherry valley next door. The people here are absurd. I called and asked for a Chicken Caesar wrap, with a chicken cutlet. He then asks me which one a gravy chicken cutlet or Caesar? I literally said Caesar like 8 times. CHICKEN CUTLET CAESAR WRAP ITS ON YOUR MENU. Then he keeps cutting me off asking me if I wanted the gravy one, the same thing over and over, dude if you don’t own your own menu don’t pick up the phone. They’re literally brain dead. I’m going next door to cherry valley!
