Went three days in a week, they messed up all three orders. They mostly just speak Spanish (at a Greek food truck) and they won’t understand what you’re saying in English. You will tell them 5 sandwiches, someone is gonna be hungry cause they’ll only give you 4 like if you’re not paying them. You’ll say no tomato guess what they’ll add. Tomato. The food is not as great as a Greek gyro should be. Taste is below average and they’ll burn up the meat. Third time is the charm, won’t be going there again.

Ive had their chicken and pork. Both are seasoned well and are tender and juicy. Prices are fair. 2 sticks with bread and a soda for $10. If you choose to eat-in, youll be sitting off the side of the road, lol. But who cares. Feed the pigeons and call it a day. These are the types of eateries you appreciate. Convenient and affordable.

Fake Lamb. Fake beef. They will give you pork and try to pass it off as lamb or beef. Very shady.

This is regarding the Cross Island location. I called ahead to ask if they had falafel, and was told they did. After driving 15 minutes to get there, I was told they actually don’t have it. The person at the Steinway location answered the phone, but there seems to be a lack of proper communication between the two trucks.

I used to hit King souvlaki food truck off of bell boulevard, but they started to decline and one day on my way home from work I stumbled upon Frankys. I’m so grateful for that 1 day of never ending traffic, because I would have never tried Frankys. I love their chicken and pork gyro on a platter with salad and fries. Their seasoning is just ON POINT! They greet you and talk to you upon arrival, they were extremely nice and I would return!! The pork/chicken is to die for!!!!!!
Best in town. Decent quality.

I hate giving bad reviews but I have to be honest about places I’ve visited. I was excited to finally try this food truck but I was quickly let down by the taste. The chicken was super dry and tasteless. It did not taste like Greek food. The rice was yellow and the salad was just lettuce and tomatoes without seasoning or dressing. These guys were great service but lacking in the taste and authenticity departments.
