I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I was with my visit to this Dunkin’ location in Whitestone. I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ stores over the years, and this one really stood out to me.
The staff here were so pleasant and welcoming. It’s not every day you walk into a place and feel like the employees genuinely care about making sure you’re taken care of. They greeted me with smiles and took their time to make sure my order was exactly right. Even though it was a busy time of day, they handled it all calmly and efficiently.
The coffee and food were great—everything was hot and fresh. I appreciate the consistency you get with Dunkin’, and this location did not disappoint. It’s nice to know you can count on the quality being the same every time.
The place was also very clean, which is something I always pay attention to. The tables were wiped down, the floors were spotless, and the area where you grab napkins and sugar was neat and fully stocked. You could tell the team takes pride in keeping everything in order.
What really stood out to me, though, was the overall experience. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism made a big difference. It felt like more than just a quick stop for coffee—it was an enjoyable moment in my day.
If you’re in the area, I’d definitely recommend stopping by this Dunkin’. They’re doing a great job, and I’m looking forward to coming back again soon.

Excellent Service and hygiene!!!! Fast service and very little wait time. Most of the time they make our order ready even before we order. Very nice and clean environment.
Walked in with the family to get something to drink. We sat down while I loaded up my app. Before I was done loading, the guy behind the counter asked if we were just going to sit. Wow what service!

Dunkin all employees are great. The service is excellent. Rita and all the other ladies are truly appreciated. They know everyone order as soon as you walk in. I feel guilty when I have to make a quick stop in any other Dunkin donut. Especially when I know the service will never be as outstanding as the Whitestone Dunkin donuts on 150th street.
