We ordered take out. 1 large and 1 small pho and a side of spring rolls
A little disappointed with the spring rolls. They gave us semi brown lettuce and it was just 1 1/2 lettuce....we had to split that into little pieces to eat our 4 spring rolls which wasn't enough. Spring rolls were soggy and extra greasy.
I understand it's take out but they could have drained the grease a little more before bagging it.
You can tell by the photo that it's so soggy the spring roll skin was stuck together.

One of the best places in Queens. The food speaks for itself - home, fresh, light and packed with flavors. The staff is extremely respectful and amazing. We tried their sandwiches, pho, red curry, coconut lemongrass soup and the Uber cheesecake. Will revisit this place over and over again.

This is a must have! Great service, great flavors, good menu options, renovated, overall great!!! Order was: Chicken wings as an appetizer, very very good, especially the sauce it comes in.
Shrimp Coconut soup: creamy, and very flavorful!
Spicy lemongrass beef brisket pho: DELICIOUS!
Must try for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

It is just plain wrong to serve a burnt meat and hide it into the sauce, especially because it is a takeout order! Ordered Yellow coconut curry with chicken to go...
Upon returning home and pour the content into a bowl, very surprised to see as what was in the order as shown in photo!
And please don't tell us it is suppose to be grilled, there is a huge difference between a grilled piece of meat, and a blackened burnt meat, which is carcinogenic and causes of cancer overtime!
So no thank you I thrown that nasty order into trash. Really their kitchen could have easily make another piece of properly grilled meat, but they decided to pack into a takeout order hoping customers does not return and ask for exchange is just wrong, not only ethically, but morally!
I had been to many Asian restaurants and this is definitely on the worst of my list to be served such disgusting food without a care! AVOID this place for Your Health!

When they first opened 10+ yrs ago (original location), the pho was better than many other places nearby.
Now is a different story. The broth used to be rich, now it’s broke with credit card debt. The beef brisket tasted like the refrigerator it was stored in could not keep up with the ambient heat of NYC in July.
Grilled Chicken sandwich is a good option, but the bread isn’t anything special. Seemed to be a standard Italian hero bread.
To add some context I lived in a SoCal town that prided itself on having Michelin rated pho and a deep Vietnamese culture. I was bound to be disappointed, but did not expect the extent of my disappointment. Maybe my palate has expanded. The waitstaff was nice and I’m sure the kitchen staff are hardworking but the flavor just isn’t there right now. Another lost option in a shrinking world of choices to dine out.

Amazing food, impeccable service. We had the yellow curry, vegetable pho, Vietnamese coffee and cheesecake. All of them were delicious. Definitely would recommend!
I wished it was good as when it first opened. I had some take outs and the pho was so bland. It had all the herby things but I guess they went easy on the salt? It tasted it water down, and not enough soup was given. The broiled pork belly was tasty, and you can’t go wrong with the shrimp summer roll.

When you first step in someone attends to you immediately ! No wait. The dining room has beautiful decorations all around creating a lovely ambience. The drinks are unique and delicious. The bone marrow with steak tar tar was an incredible experience and worth having more than once. Presentation of dish was 🤩 I recommend the curry soup as well!

Actually the best spot ever. Got the coconut lemongrass soup w eye of round - was feeling not that great and it was the BEST pick me up. Best food I've ever had. Also got a ginger refresher and pandan cloud drink, and they were absolutely insanely delicious. So fresh, healthy, and tasty. 10/10.

My first visit here was on 6/22/25. I walked in unbiased and open minded, despite reading and hearing great things about the restaurant.
I can confidently say that eating here has ruined eating Vietnamese food anywhere else.
I had the Coconut spicy soup Pho and tried the classic pho my friends ordered. Everything was rich and full of flavor. The portion sizing is great for the price. I couldn’t even finish the large 😮💨
The ambiance is cute, prefect for a date night; and the staff is so attractive and friendly.
I cannot wait to go back and try new dishes.
Thank you Ginger & Lemongrass for a great dining experience.
