Very clean and convenient restaurant. They offer generous meals and for inexpensive prices. We loved the menu a lot and the waiters were super welcoming and explanatory. Recommended.
I ordered lunch special of chicken and broccoli to go. The cashier was okay. She wasn't very friendly -- just took my order without any pleasantries. The food was okay. It wasn't very flavorful or the best I ever had but, it was edible.

Ordered general Tso's chicken. Very flavorful. Love how Keilly's maintains the traditional Chinese chili spice and chili oil. Not spicy at all, but it adds a unique traditional chinese flavor mixed with the American flavor. Out of my 20 yrs eating chinese food in queens, I've never tasted general tso's chicken that does it right. I have tried soho china town chinese food, but keilly's is different.
