This is one to avoid. Doesn't appear to be managed well. Run cheap, low quality.
Edit: tries again 2 months later. They're a health department shutdown waiting to happen. Shittiest McDonald's ever.

2 GM’s & associates, walked past me right & continued their conversation as I was waiting to order food. I left without ordering, didn’t want to ruin or inconvenience their conversation.

If there was a Wendy’s/BurgerKing in the neighborhood this place would go under.

It’s not 24 hours. Needa update hours
Hands down the worst McDonald’s in queens. Gave the wrong toys for the happy meals, no sauce for my 20 piece nuggets and they completely forgot a beef patty for one of the cheeseburgers. What a shitshow. No wonder people don’t want to go to McDonald’s anymore.

I had a shocking experience at the drive-thru of the Flushing McDonald’s. I ordered a hamburger sandwich and French fries, but the service and food quality were appalling.
This is a McDonald’s location I frequently visit, and it holds a lot of memories for me and my daughter. McDonald’s is her favorite burger place, and we’ve shared many special moments here. That’s why this experience was even more disappointing.
After some confusion about my order, the employee disappeared momentarily, and I noticed food falling from a ceiling-mounted conveyor belt onto the floor. To my disbelief, the employee picked up the fallen bag—completely soaked in grease and torn—and handed it to me, saying, “Here is your order.”
The food inside was crushed and looked inedible. When I asked if I was expected to eat this, the employee simply stood there without offering an apology or a replacement.
This experience was unacceptable. Food safety and customer service should be a priority, and I hope this location improves its standards.

12/16/2024 around 4 pm I was at McDonalds 160-11 Willets Point Blvd, Whitestone, NY 11357. I ordered my meal and ate it. After I went to the restroom and brushed my teeth there. The McDonalds manager Justin came there and told me that I cannot brush my teeth. I explained him that I have to brush my teeth after every meal because I wear InviseAlign, type of plastic teeth braces. He said it’s disgusting to brush teeth in McDonalds restroom and the restroom sink is for washing hands.
I left the restaurant and I was upset.
I visit McDonalds often to buy meal and because they have restrooms
and I need to brush my teeth after meal. And that day I didn’t

I went thru the drive thru. Ordered a chicken big mac and 2 double cheeseburgers from the value menu. Came to 19 dollars. I got home the chicken patties were dry and hard almost in edible. The double cheeseburgers weren't any better. Was like chewing cardboard. Not sure if they have been sitting there but everything was dry and hard. Worst mcdonalds experience ever.
