The first time I went there, I was amazed. I ate all the beans, rice, steak, and fried bananas. I was very full and satisfied. Unfortunately, my companions were not very used to these foods, so I could only go to this restaurant secretly. It's a pity that I don't speak Spanish. If I could, I could talk to the people in the store. I envied other customers who could chat with the people in the store while eating.

2nd and last time I order from here. First, everything was cold. 1/2 chicken and chicken wings were overcooked, dry and bones were dark. Dark bones means OLD CHICKEN. Rice wasn't appealing neither.

The place has ridiculous prices we came and ordered 2 main dishes 2 consommé dishes 4 juices and it was over 100 dollars plus they charge 18% for tips and 4% extra if you pay with card. Don’t recommend this place

Super unprofessional. Ordered my dinner at 8pm and after waiting an hour and half- it was canceled. No apologies or anything. Waste of time- terribly run business. Spend your money elsewhere.

Food use to be ok but now is horrible we order a veggie soup and paid for extra rice. Once we received the food there were 2 pieces of heart and 2 pieces of potatoes. Meanwhile this particular soup always has a whole bunch of chicken hearts and filled with other veggies. The rice container was half empty. Horrible taste when we called they said sorry and that's all they didn't offer to send a new soup or more rice we live 2 blocks away. Never again.

I ordered a soup that cost me $15, I ordered it with roast beef, they charged me $2 more, I paid $17 and I left $2 for tip, the portion seems like a bad portion, the meat is simple and small, I won't go back and I don't recommend it.

My family and I have been customers for years and have decided not to return, the quality of the food has been getting worse and worse. Today we bought a Sancocho and a consommé and the sancocho had two very small pieces of ribs and one very large piece of just fat. The consommé, which was giblet, only had two gizzards and a chicken bone. I ordered it with rice and I have never bought such a miserable rice dish in any restaurant because they put so little rice that it seemed like the container was practically empty. This restaurant is definitely establishing itself as one of the worst in the area.
