Ralphs Famous Italian Ices of Whitestone

I tried Ralph’s for the first time because it’s close to my house and I didn’t feel like driving to Benfaremo, however, I wish I had. Anyway, the service was excellent, the staff got my order put together quickly and with a smile. Now the more important part is probable the ice itself… well, I wasn’t thrilled with my selections. I had the Chocolate Creme ice cream which was ok, it kinda tasted like a fudge bar popsicle in a cup. I also tried the rainbow ice which just had a little too much of an artificial/ perfume taste to it. I would definitely go back and try some other flavors. Pro tip: sample the flavors before you decide what you’re ordering. All and all it was ok.

Always a good experience at Ralph's. They have soooo many flavors to choose from, prices are super reasonable, and the service is always friendly.

You can fill up a small cup with two flavors, my usual go to flavors are the creme ice s'mores, rainbow cookie, and dulce de leche. But there's so much on the menu that it's worth multiple visits.

i'm sorry but if you do not get what you want why pay. for me, and this is my opinion there are plenty of other ice cream places to go and visit. i ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.
when i was given my order i saw there was one piece of cookie dough and no chocolate chips. when i asked the person who served me, she said it's layered. well before i left the store i checked my cup and there was nothing but ice cream. if i wanted plain vanilla that is what i would've ordered. told her i did not want the ice cream - she wouldn't take it back because i had tasted it - which that was fine - but why make me pay for something that was not satisfactory :-(
i then asked to taste the strawberry - it was awful. tasted like a spoon of water .
sorry but that was bad customer service. SO WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.....

Absolutely refreshing! The Italian icy was a burst of flavor on a hot day, perfectly icy and satisfying. The authentic taste transported me to Italy with every spoonful. A must-try for anyone craving a cool treat!
