I don’t get all the hype. I’ve had better tasting bagels before I thought this bagel shop would blow my mind lol. They have good bagels, I just don’t get why people line up for them when there are so many better bagel places around. Although they have a lot of bagel types so I’m still giving 4 stars since the service is fast and the bagel selections

I have to give a big shout out to Utopia Bagels. I put in a fairly large order with Clara earlier in the week for delivery today. It included a baker's dozen of bagels to be sliced. The delivery came and the bagels were somewhat hard and were not sliced. I called up and explained this to Scott and he was quite concerned that an error had been made. He wanted to fix the error. He sent a replacement Baker's dozen to me. H was interested in why the bagels were hard, because they never send out bagels from the day before so the driver asked if I could give them back. Unfortunately I had already thrown out the bagels so I couldn't give any samples back to the driver. But they really went above and beyond. In addition, the salads, the spreads , the cream cheese and the lox were great. Thank you Scott.

I made my own sandwich, which was basically a chicken cutlet. I also got a snapple and chips and my total was 21 dollars. Way overpriced and the sandwich was not that good. The chicken cutlet. itself didnt seem of good quality. Maybe i shouldve just stuck with a bagel. next time i will try it instead bc the sandwich disappointed

Driving past, decided to stop here for lunch and as soon as I went inside, the staff and customers started giving me looks and made me feel very uncomfortable.. I don't know if it's just a simple judgey thing or a Stereotype thing, I certainly hope it isn't because I'm a black man. I don't think I'll be coming back here, it's just really uncomfortable and you can sense the bad vibes as if I'm a criminal or something. Really sad on their behalf.
Not worth it. This place is overrated. Only decided to try it because of the hype. Their operation seems too big for them to properly handle it, so they’re cutting corners on quality. The bagels were very hard, and barely toasted. I’ve had much better bagels at random mom ‘n’ pop shops. Needless to say, we’re staying away from this place.

My first visit and I was impressed. Easy ordering system, we were given sandwich recommendations and the menu was great! So many options, fresh ingredients. My cowboy sandwich was good and so was the Tex-Mex. I had a French vanilla coffee and it did not have much of a French vanilla taste but I still love my coffee. I also had the French toast, that was ok. I will definitely visit again to try other menu options.

My favorite bagel store when I was living in queens then when I moved back to Long Island weekly to get their bagels and ice coffee. This time was my worst experience Ice coffee with half and half spoiled told them everything bagel gave me regular bagel. Hopefully they make sure their orders are correct and their milk and half and half is not spoiled.
