This will be the very last time I’ll order from them. I wasn’t feeling well today with an upset stomach. I read that broiled chicken was good for that. When I called to ask if they can make it broiled instead of roasted, the guy just said “we only make it roasted”. I explained I was sick and couldn’t have it grilled, roasted, or baked. But still no. He didn’t even ask the manager or cook if they can do that. You would think diners, restaurants, etc would satisfy customers by making special requests. And not loose money. I eventually hung up. Goodbye to them forever 👋👋👋

Where do I start, Came in hungry and left rushed. My wife and I love diners so we were heading to queens from the bronx and saw this diner on our way. We entered and there were tables, I thought because it was early. Wrong I was, Food was basic at best and took pretty long for the food to come out. I ordered their lumberjack and sausage omelet shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Where the rushing comes in is I'm done with my food and my wife isn't. We're talking while she eats and the waitress in a rushing tone asked if we needed anything else and iare we okay. We said yeah all is well. she goes oh and leaves. So we admittedly asked for the check. Cherry on the cake was while being rushed to leave not one person is in the diner... So why rush us? Well we left out credit card and had to go back to retrieve it. Upon entering around 1pm it's empty as heck and I tell this gentleman hello I called earlier about my wife's card her name is..... He smugly goes heh whats her name cause I have alot of cards here. Opens the drawer I see the card and said I said her name was xyz that one card right there. He looks at the name and hands it to me. That was the only card there... Not many cards as he claimed. Wil never go there again and you shouldn't either.

DECEMBER 2024 UPDATE: Just in time for the holiday season, 🎄they decided to RAISE prices. It was evident when it was $5 for a side of eggs for my meal and almost $55 for a party of 2! Disappointing because it has been a staple for me in the neighborhood for years 🥲…

Ordered on uber eats and the food was alright, not bad but not great. My issue is that this restaurant added an extra $5 on to the receipt for absolutely no reason; they do not allow requests on uber so we just ordered everything as listed, but I was notified by uber that the restaurant charged me an extra $5. I had to contact uber support to get my $5 back, waste of my time for no reason
