Some days the food is good others are really bad. My whopper had no lettuce or onions. Just tomatoes pickles and ketchup and mayo.. I feel like this is just certain people that work there because other days they are really good.

So I go to the Drive-Thru because the lobby is closed, and I order a cheeseburger and a drink. I am told that they can not make cheeseburgers, but they can make Whoppers with cheese. Please, make this make sense for me.

Ordered dinner to eat in at 8 pm. After waiting 10 minutes for food was informed we had to take it to go. No one in the restaurant, plenty of space to sit and eat.

I personally will not be back to the specific Burger King again because of my third unpleasant experience with the girl in the window this morning very impatient when I say hold on one second, let me get my code in so I can do my mobile pay I see her hand out of the corner of my eye impatiently slap down to the table feeling the impression I’m being a inconvenience No, have a nice day. Not a word said, but might be my food and turning away from me and walking away. No personality at all. She should really work out who she is as a person before she deals with customers
Placed on online order through the app. Money came out of account, restraunt manager on duty 7/23 at 650pm states they never got order, made NO attempt to fix , refused refund and game me a phone number that tells me to go to website, website will not let me talk to anyone either. I will have to dispute this with my card. I will NOT be using bk again. Mistakes happen, but no accountability is a bigger issue.
Update: The corporate support team was able to help with my refund without any issues. Please know that any negative opinions expressed are towards this location not the overall brand.

So I ordered a original chicken sandwich a sandwich that I've always liked! But at this place it was disgusting!! Mayonnaise was thick and it tasted like nothing but salt! Horrible I threw away the whole thing after 1 bite!!!
