So I went through the drive through and saw the value meal for $8 2 snack wraps medium drink and medium fry. Well I don’t usually eat out and it showed the ranch wraps on the photo on the big screen so I thought that’s all it was. I wasn’t asked if I wanted something different or what. I get home to sit down maybe a mile away and my fries are cold and gross and I go to eat my snack wraps and my mouth is immediately on fire. I looked inside and there was this orange sauce? I’m not sure. My whole chest and stomach were on fire and I was immediately in pain, burning, sick and upset. After that I couldn’t continue to eat. I had no appetite. I called over to talk to the manager and ask like if the meal was just one kind or if there was multiple snack wraps because I wasn’t aware told or asked what kind I wanted I just went by the photo. She agreed they should have asked what kind I wanted if I didn’t specify and she would let the person know. She immediately apologized offered to replace the meal right then I told her I couldn’t eat right now so she said she would put me down in the book for the meal and took my name down so i can go back whenever and get my meal replaced. I totally appreciate the manager in fixing it immediately. Im just unhappy the staff aren’t trained or aren’t asking basic questions like any normal person would or should in my book anyways. So thats why my ratings are low. But for the manager resolving it and replacing my meal i would give her a 5 out 5 stars for the service and kindness she gave me.

Was spoken to very rudely through the speaker by this man who seemed to barely know english. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to him. When I got to the window finally after about a 10 minute wait, he called me mommy. I was very taken back and offended. I will definitely not be returning any time soon and will be sharing my horrible experience.
