Stood at the counter waiting for a mobile order for 20 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help. Screen said my order was complete and it disappeared off the screen within 10 minutes of me standing there. Food was cold

every single time we go, we have to check our burgers to make sure they got it right. the one time we didn’t (asked for no mayo) and there’s tons of it. i’m get things get messed up but it seems like it’s every time. mind you, we went inside, so there was no rush on drive thru times either.

This location is always busy in the drive thru and seems like the employees working the drive through work at snails pace. Every time I order food at the drive thru my order is always missing something. So always remember to check your order before leaving! I have gone into the restaurant and the employees are not very friendly. They do not greet you let alone acknowledge that you are there. You have to actually stop someone to ask about your order. Not to pleased.
