I've been in business for 750 days… and for 525 of those days, ‘The Pizza Shop’ has been sitting on my accounts receivable list For services unpaid. That’s more than half my time in business waiting on money they owe me. I’ve reached out in every possible way—calls, emails, invoices, fb messages, reminders—you name it. Yet, they continue to not pay and haven’t even given a reason why.

Small businesses rely on honesty and timely payments to keep running. Just saying. 🤷‍♀️🍕💸

Danielle was our server and did a great job of handling all our needs. Pizza was hot and fresh . A nice place to chill out for awhile . Danielle is a hotty so I'd go back for that reason alone !!!

City quality pizza in our own neighborhood. The Best pizza in Upstate NY!

Good pizza at the closed Monroe Ave location but every time I order online for pick up in Pultneyville, it is never ready! Waiting in my car now an additional 15 mins for an order I should be eating by now. Just a medium pizza. Not a huge order. So annoying to waste my Saturday night in a parking lot…waiting.
Now I have it and it is raw. Cheese barely melted and luke warm. Like eating dough. Had to cook it properly when I got home. $33 for this!?! Thanks for nothing.

picked up two pizzas tonight. one was meatball ricotta red sauce. out of this world. garlic parm wings and regular wings fantastic. nice job!!

This place is a hidden gem. Came here Saturday night with my family and sat outside to have dinner. So peaceful, the staff were great and hands down the best wings I've had. From the words of my son 10/10!!!!
