I was so excited to try this place…even forced my friend to come here…but what a miss. First of all it’s a hot summer day, and no ac…we had to sit outside since it was cooler than sitting inside. The one table was dirty, and I cleaned it myself using a napkin. Now onto the sandwiches…I’ve had so much better at even subway. For two sandwiches at $32 boy were they skimpy. The vodka chicken parm barely had any sauce, and it didn’t even taste or look like vodka sauce. The chicken cutlet was good but very thinly sliced…and barely tasted any mozzarella cheese. I should have taken a picture to post here to show how pathetic it was. Maybe it was my unlucky day, and the kid making my sandwich was delirious from the heat. The next sandwich was the Luca Brasi. I’ll admit that was tasty, but again felt very skimpy with the amount of meat and condiments. One part of the sandwich I took a bite in didn’t even have meat or anything, it’s like the meat was just slapped on covering only 3/4 of the bread. Overall I was highly disappointed and probably won’t be coming back here. I prefer Jersey Mike’s, or Mamma T’s for a good old fashion chicken parm with real vodka sauce.

I previously gave a 1 star review due to the app Brendo’s used to order online but since I could not remove the review, I am giving it another review with the corrected 5 stars rating. The app used for online order charged some hidden fees that were not made transparent. When I confronted them about this during pickup, they immediately gave me cash back for the hidden fees that even they were not made aware of. I appreciate the honesty and the food was very good. I especially like the steak quesadillas, the Beast and the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak hero. Super tasty! The wings were a little overdone with some burnt sides but overall still tasty. I will order from here again but will call directly to place the order instead of placing the order via the online app.

So the vodka chicken sandwich was good. And I can understand cold cut sandwiches will have cold meat but the grilled chicken sandwich came with cold grilled chicken cutlets, which is a surprise and disappointing.

First timer....Got the Brooklyn chop cheese with loaded fries. Online order gave options for sauces and I added a note to have them put on the side so I could try some but didn't receive any. Overall very tasty and bread was fresh and soft. Wasn't busy and food was ready on time.

Have given it a few tries to be fair!! But not very good heros!! Sandwich Kings need to take notes from Queens Brooklyn Bronx and learn what a Sandwich King is!! Threw out my whole sandwich looked like no chicken I’ve ever seen before 🤷🏼♂️
We had the Harlem world, the Tex Mex and Fresh fries. Tex Mex with Ribeye nice, tasty and you can tell it’s fresh meat not the frozen BS loved it ! my daughters Harlem World (chopped cheese) was also delish bread was soft and also the fresh cut fries arrived crispy on delivery to Roslyn which is hard to accomplish. Great Job Brendo will pass by to enjoy in house !

Called the day before a party and requested about $500 in catering. With little notice the owner Brendan assured me it was not issue. Picked up the order at 2 separate times and absolutely no issues. Subs were awesome and everyone wanted to know where I got it.

I’m highly upset with the food I received. First of all I ordered Disco Fries because I’m a VEGETARIAN! I made sure to look at the menu before I ordered anything. They gave me loaded fries instead of disco fries- which has BACON in them. AGAIN I AM A VEGETARIAN and I didn’t even get to chance to look at the bag because I was told my order was going to take 5 mins but in reality it took 15-20 mins which is what led me to rush out of there without checking. I also ordered Mac cheese and I would say the container was half empty. I wasted my money and time. Very disappointed and upset and will NEVER eat from here OR recommend.
Update: I could’ve easily worked with the owner if he was willing to sort the problem but unfortunately he didn’t make an effort. If he was nice enough to take the initiative and reached out I would have more than willing to deleted the review. But you can’t fix bad service ??♀️ it’s mind boggling to me that all I’m getting in return is a bad attitude when my order was wrong which I payed for. And the pictures are proof of it. Absolutely not fair especially to people with dietary restrictions. I have absolutely all the right to be upset because I took a bite out of something that makes sick.
P.S. There’s a difference of taking accountability and trying to make things right than making a mistake and being stuck up and rude about it. You’re talking about being a small business if this is how you handle upset customers by poking them more especially when they are not in the wrong that says a lot. GOD BLESS you and your business lol because you’ll be needing it more. The fact all I was looking for in this situation was you reaching out, apologizing and just refunding me. THATS IT! Giving me a wrong order might’ve been an honest mistake but your attitude and ignorance isn’t. I am not being aggressive at all but I will say that I am very upset. I can easily get over this being an honest mistake but the fact that you’re being nasty about it and in a way mocking my dietary issue and even religious situation is what’s not making me get past this. I’ve seen other comments we’re people are upset about the food and have even threatened to make you liable for medical expenses and you’re making amends with them and here you are being so disrespectful to me. I simply do not understand why there’s a difference in how you resolve the matter.
