On weekends, I often come to this ice cream shop. They have a wide variety of flavors, and the service is always warm and friendly. I also ordered a birthday cake here for my friend’s birthday, and everyone loved it.

Stopped in tonight , Paper stuck to cone and unable to eat. ice cream melted in 5 seconds plus it had 2 other flavors mixed in .

Filthy . The worker used a broom that they swept the floor with to sweep the top of the tables. Crazy !! Get your act together!! The old owners handed you a gorgeous place!. Spend some time cleaning the place properly.
Walked in and my friend and I were the only people inside. 3 young people working behind the counter with only one helping. My friend had to wait for my order to be done before the same worker started hers....with two others just chit chatting away

Almost everytime when I come here and ask for Sundae with hard vanilla they ask me if instead it can be made with the vanilla soft serve! So today this happened again and I asked the guy why did he offer me the soft serve and he said it’s just a lot easier to make beicaus with the hard vanilla it’s difficult to scoop it because it’s really hard! Also the size of the scooped ice cream is very inconsistent!

Listen stop shorting scoops of ice cream on a sundae!!! If we ordered TWO scoops we want TWO scoops. Second time this happened and charging me for two!
