Almost everytime when I come here and ask for Sundae with hard vanilla they ask me if instead it can be made with the vanilla soft serve! So today this happened again and I asked the guy why did he offer me the soft serve and he said it’s just a lot easier to make beicaus with the hard vanilla it’s difficult to scoop it because it’s really hard! Also the size of the scooped ice cream is very inconsistent!

Young Asian girl very nice ,nice handwriting very polite, and professional. 4 years ago, I complained about the height of the large ice cream cake being only 1.2 inches, and today shockingly it was 2.25 inches high. Not as high as the last owner but an improvement in the right direction. They need to hold off on price hikes because its 40 dollars for the large ice cream cake.

We faced racism at this branch on 26th November,2023. We were wearing hijab. it was empty but they told us to wait . We waited for a while( just standing and waiting for them to come and take our order) and they literally ignored us. Then a Caucasian couple came and the lady immediately wore gloves and rushed over there to take orders !!! WE FELT REALLY INSULTED and just left the shop ! if You are a Muslim or someone religious be careful ....

I used to come here regularly. I loved the soft serve flavors. But something changed probably around a year ago. Not sure why, but the rich flavor is gone. I tried it a few more times hoping it was just a bad day but sadly it was bland every time. Every variety tastes like plain milk with a distant hint of flavoring. My message to management: please double check the recipe and adjust the ingredients.UPDATE: replying here to Carvel: check chocolate and strawberry.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever encountered last night. I was the only customer inside yet I was completely ignored. After 2 more customers walked in the staff immediately rushed to serve them. I said on more than one occasion “hey I was skipped” and the ugly freckled girl kept apologizing while continuing to skip over me. There was a fat blonde girl with a big nose who just stood there pretending to do nothing. Eventually I was served but only after I raised my voice. Disgusting behavior and both of them should be fired asap
