For appetizers, had the kale Caesar (every aspect was very, very good), grilled octopus (average - prefer it slightly more charred and less gamey). For mains - the salmon and the bucatini with crab. Both were very good. The salmon was fresh and prepared perfectly- pink on the inside and crispy on the outside. Bucatini prepared perfectly too- somewhere between soft and al dente. Crab was fresh and seasoned well. Sides - Brussels sprouts- very tasty (slightly sweet but not overly sweet) and crispy but a little too much oil on the bottom of the serving dish, and squash which was probably the most under whelming dish of the night that was below average with no appealing flavor.

I went to Copperhill for the first time to celebrate my birthday. We were stunned by the food and service! This place deserves a Michelin star.
Jessy took good care of us. She even provided free champagne to celebrate my day! We ordered several dishes such as a burger, scallops, French onion pizza, fig salad, blistered peppers and duck nachos to name a few.
The focaccia bread is out of this world and in its own category by itself! I don’t know how they make it but it’s very special. For desert we had an apple tart, house made chai. Capachino and expresso.
We passed this non descript place a million times but didn’t realize it was a hidden gem. We are foodies who eat at top restaurants, Copperhill is up there with the best.
I can’t wait to try their Sunday brunch! I also want to add that the price was very fare and qualify of every item on our plates were super fresh and each got special attention. Nothing was an afterthought. I am impressed!

Great food and drinks! I came here for Christmas eve and I had great time with my family. They gave us some bread on the side which was really good too,soft but crunchy at the same time,we had also the poutine fries and an amazingly delicious salad and butter squash pasta. Our server was always checking on us and making sure everything was ok. Coming back soon!

Service was not good. Server was polite but took more than 30 minutes to approach us. After putting in our entire order including drinks we still waited 30 minutes for drinks- and that was after I spoke with the manager.
Great ambiance, delicious food, professional staff and tasty cocktails. Copperhill never disappoints!
