There are so many Dunkins out there please avoid this one. The workers here are lazy and rude. I have been drinking iced lattes for years. I recently went in here and was given basically a cup of milk. When I tried to say something about it I was hit with " sir, this is a latte if you want it darker pay for an extra shot." I have been getting the same drink for years. I think I should know what it looks like. On the same trip the ladies that work the counter decided to sit back and chat while I waited for my sandwich. After 10 minutes! one of them made eye contact and came over to ask what I was waiting for. I have given this dunkin numerous chances since it is the closest one to my house. After this final experience I can say I will never set for there again. I advise others who enjoy their breakfast to steer clear. I will be going back to the farther Dunkin on Jericho Tpke.

They give me hot coffee instead of ice coffee, and they refuse to make another one for me and keep asking what donut I want ?!!!!!! Will not recommend anyone to reach this store. Worst experience I ever had at coffee shop.

I always go to this place but one of the male barista’s gave me the wrong size drink and I asked him to make it again but he refused to remake the drink and because I couldn’t get the size I wanted he made me pay twice the amount of what I was supposed to. This place has gone downhill since the original manager left.

Parking: The lot for Dunkin looks like it only has a couple spots dedicated to it. The other spots in the lot are for the doctor's office which it shares the property with.....
