One third of my pizza arrived missing! This is not a $35 pizza! This is not a normal size for a grandpa pie. There should be way more. Shocking, feel like they just flipped a switch and got scammed after ordering from here for years

I have always used frantonis but unfortunately after eating a grandma slice for dinner I had an allergic reaction. I’ve never had an issue with the place but after tonight I’m not sure if I should come back.

Whenever I visit my mom on Long Island, we get a pizza to go. When my dad was still with us, my parents would also have pizza delivered. During Covid, I had my first experience with Frantoni's by ordering a family meal to be delivered to my parents' house, and we were quite impressed by the efficient delivery and delicious food. Since my dad passed, my mom and I will pick up a pie and I am always greeted with a kind and friendly "hello, how are you, good to see you" and it is very much appreciated. They are very accommodating with requests such as thickness of the crust or type of pie, etc, and are very much a family-run establishment. Another patron and I had a lovely conversation about how polite and friendly they are, how that can be a rare thing at times, and how appreciated it is. Delicious food, reasonably priced, and aim-to-please attitude makes Frantoni's a winning pizza establishment in my book!

I recently visited here with the expectation of enjoying a simple yet classic cheese pizza. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, the service was lackluster; the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to basic requests.The primary issue, however, was with my order. I specifically requested a cheese pizza, but to my surprise, I received two entirely different pizzas. This was not only a mistake in fulfilling the order but also led to confusion and disappointment.Moreover, the pricing was exorbitant. I was charged an unreasonable amount, which didn't align with the value of the service or the food provided. It's one thing to pay a premium for quality and accuracy, but quite another when the basics of the order are not met, and the service is subpar.Overall, the combination of incorrect order fulfillment, poor service, and unreasonable pricing made my visit to here a regrettable one. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to improve their service and ensure that future customers do not face similar issues.

Very nice place. I love this because places that are trying to hard asethetically don't try hard enough on the pizza. This slice phenomenal. We got a regular pie. This is an 8.0/10 for sure. My half Italian half Ecuadorian family is on a mission for the best pizza after moving around Brooklyn, Bronx and Staten. We consider ourselves a new York style Italian family. We're new to Nassau as our home. Fantastic thin slice, great sauce great crust almost no flop. Fresh cheese for sure. Guys and girls working are very nice. We were sad after two pies were gone so fast! So good. Not just some of the best on long island some of the best in the state for sure. This place was such a hit.
