Girl behind the counter with curly hair and hoop earrings was very rude.

First time and it will not be my last. I really did enjoy the flavors. The only thing I would correct is that all the servers were bunched up chatting and not jumping to serve people. The place was semi busy and when we came in 6 people followed. Just a suggestion.

I came in here with my family, and no staff member (there were multiple behind the counter) even said hi, let alone smiled. They looked at us like we were aliens. We were gonna pay and we had a big order. Even though the service was awful, we ordered anyway. The staff didn't get any better. We left feeling totally disrespected. Even though the food was good, we're not going back because it was such a bad experience.

One of my favorite ice cream shops! The quality of the ice cream is excellent and the crepes are no exception! The service should be more organized. The location is clean and very pretty. I will be back soon!

I really love this place. The gelato is amazing with so many flavors. There are other incarnations with the gelato such as bars and sandwiches. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. I actually drive here once a week from Queens!

The gelato was excellent!! Absolutely delicious. Authentic flavor and so many flavors and things to choose from.
Unfortunately the service was not good at all. The girls behind the counter seemed miserable and unfriendly. As if they were bothered by the simplest questions. They were also openly eating behind the counter, which I find to be disgusting and unhygienic.

This gelato left me absolutely speechless. It’s rare that you can taste a dessert in its purest form without all of the added sugar and artificial sweeteners! I tried many flavors and enjoyed all of them. I’m not even a chocolate fan and found the chocolate to be delicious. If you are in Long Island I encourage to stop by deiColtelli! You won’t be disappointed!
