First & last time at this location. The service was disappointing — my waiter said she would bring out my hash browns, but 20 minutes later came back asking if I had gotten them (I hadn’t). She never followed up to check if I needed anything else. What really sealed the experience was finding out at the end that the restaurant was cash only. I wasn’t informed ahead of time and only realized when I noticed another customer paying cash. When I asked, the waiter said there were signs posted on the door — but there definitely weren’t any when I arrived. Overall, a very frustrating visit.

I waited over two hours for my food to be readied for pick up by Ubereats. 2 hours??? And I’m only 4 miles away. Terrible !!! The driver told me it was sheer negligence as to why my food was late. She said (as the fourth driver to arrive) that my food wasn’t even ready!!!! And I’m missing food on my order!!!!

This IHOP has the old school look from back in the days!! Server was great. She came over right away got her drinks and came over a few times while we were still look at the menu.!!! we ordered two Colorado omelette of the same dish one was burnt all the different meats and the other one was made perfect!!!

I ordered something in Uber and it never got dropped off instead of his cancel while getting here and I don’t know it was what happened in the IHOP or it was the Uber driver but I’m kind of mad that it didn’t get here and it said it was almost here so I wanna know if you guys can like fix that situation or not

I recently visited IHOP and had a very disappointing experience with , Alejandra. From the moment we interacted, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns calmly and respectfully, she spoke in a condescending tone and made no effort to resolve the issue. A manager should set the standard for customer service—not make guests feel unwelcome. This type of attitude reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. I hope IHOP takes this seriously and works on improving their management training.
