Love this place. Staff are very kind and friendly and will help you find the right tea for you. I had never been before and they explained how it worked and how to customize everything to your liking. The tea here is so tasty and enjoyable and I love all the fun options and ways you can have it prepared. Overall I recommend this establishment.

The tea was warm when I got there and I ordered an iced drink. I asked for them to add ice and the worker completely ignored me. It was too humid in the store and I couldn’t even get recognition.

Went to this place excited to order as I have to travel far to the nearest kft. When i arrived the place was humid and took forever for a cashier to take my order. She spoke rudely and was annoyed when I asked for lychee jelly after she asked what topping i wanted. When given the drink it was warm and had no lychee jelly. Overall the drink tasted like it was sitting for a while and they just replaced the sticked on the cup as i noticed a second sticker paper remain on the side of the cup.
