Ralph's Italian Ices & Ice Cream

The guy working there today was absolutely disgusting…..I come here all the time with my boyfriend, niece and mother and I purchased a quart yesterday I do not recommend for the future as the guy couldn’t even help us we brought it back because the container cracked and the guy did absolutely nothing for us….i had to ask for a new container to exchange it with my sticky fingers myself.

I came in last night and the guy who was helping was making a pint for me and some fell on top of the glass of the container. He scooped the icy up from the container GLASS that fell on top and placed it back inside. He should of thrown it out, and cleaned the scooper.

I always love their flavors! It’s consistently good. I just wish they accepted tap/card payments. Cash only is a hindrance.

Stopped by Ralph’s Ices in Mineola and ordered the passion fruit ice , it was incredibly refreshing, flavorful, and hit the spot on a warm day. The cashiers at the front were genuinely kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they care about the service just as much as the product. With so many flavors to choose from and such a friendly vibe, this place is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to come back and try something new!

Ralph's Ices are superior!this location only accepts cash though so come prepared. It can get really crowded but the lines generally move fast.

Ralph’s is awesome. I got the new Dubai chocolate shake. It was very good, the berries were way too sour which is why the 4 star but aside from that it was a friendly staff, the line moved quickly, and the dessert was refreshing!

My favorite go to place. My husband and I take nightly trips and get our favorite flavors. They do a great job with all the flavors. Clean and friendly!

I ordered rainbow cookie ices. They are literally just the base flavor with no rainbow cookie pieces at all in an entire pint! I will include picture! I mean completely absurd’.

As a weekly customer of Ralphs i ACCIDENTLY brought 16 of my friends to this location. We were greeted by a very grumpy employee who felt the need to slam the ice freezer every time we asked for something. Will probably never be coming back. If you dont like serving icecream, get another job. So rude. Half the kids didn't even order. One of the kids said I dont know what to order and her wonderful response was "make up your mind". Never again!

Ralph's has amazing ices and ice cream, but this location.... It's as if the owner specifically seeks out the rudest and most inattentive teens to work there. Also why is the lighting in the store so dim? I'll be taking my business to other locations.

Cute place with easy parking lot adjacent. But absolutely NO chairs or tables to sit and enjoy the treat. Having a place to sit would make this place 5 stars!
